Love this place! This is not your average beauty supply — they sell high-​end product lines. If you’re looking for bargain products go elsewhere! Their prices are always fair and equivalent to what they are at Nordstrom, Bloomingdales, Neiman Marcus, Saks, etc and they’re convenient and easy to deal with. Richard is really knowledgable about the products and super helpful! He even ordered a product specially for me when I couldn’t find it anywhere at no extra charge. The rewards program is fantastic! If you’re going to shop often and spend a significant amount, you’ll really get money back towards your next purchase. I’ve gotten as much as $ 50 at a time. It reminds me of Nordstroms notes but better! The negative reviews on this place are just silly and not deserved. Any woman knows you can’t send your BF /​husband to get you a beauty product and think he’ll come back with exactly what you wanted. Come on! Try calling ahead and having them put the product on hold under his name next time. That’s not their fault at all and if you used it and waited to return, why should they lose money and take it back? Especially if you’re blaming them for the mistake. I guarantee Richard is a nice guy and wants to help but be realistic. It’s not a huge department store that can afford to take back used products. All smaller businesses (clothing boutiques etc) have policies to protect them from losing money like that. I’ve been coming here for years and although I had no complaints prior, I must say I’ve seen a major improvement since Richard came along in terms of the new product lines and the service. I can’t say enough about how much I love this store. I could look around in there for hours if I had the time! LOVE it!

I went there recently because I ran out of shampoo and conditioner. The guy that works there is extremely knowledgeable and he was able to help me pick out the perfect hair products. I love how the store is super clean and has abundant choices for hair and skin products! Also their makeup consultant, Linda, is awesome. She chose a mineral based pressed powder that made my skin glow and dewy! I’m definitely coming back for more!

Convenient location right next to supermarket with easy parking, which is always a plus! Went there to buy gel and shampoo and the gentleman in the front was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me samples to try and gave my kids some little gifts. Prices are better than the mall options we used to buy at. Will be back.

I find everything I need here and the owner is great to deal with. They help me every time I have a problem finding something. Prices are reasonable and I recommend them.

Been coming here for years. Everyone is super friendly, especially the gentleman that works there. Going to cancun tomorrow and went to grab Moroccan oil but he recommended ouidad which was even cheaper! Such an awesome guy. He also gave me a sample of a sunblock for my trip. So caring! Thank you!

1star just because I had to. This guy is a CROOK! He is extremely RUDE and tries to rip people off. MEMBERSHIP. What are you kidding me. NO THANKS! Do yourselves a favor. STAY AWAY!!!

Terrible customer service. Sent my hubby to pick up a special eyebrow lightener bleach. He asked for help and was specifically given a clear gel-​based lightener. When he came home I was confused b/​c the consistency of the product was different than what I’ve used before, but my husband said the lady insisted it was the correct product. I was skeptical but mixed it with the color, applied it to my brows, and waited the required amount of time. As I’d suspected, nothing worked – my brows were not even remotely lighter. My question is: how can a beauty supply store and its reps not know what product to sell to do a simple task of lightening brows. Anyhow, I had to be somewhere that weekend, so I just paid my hair stylist to lighten my brows, thinking I’d just return the product and get my money back – how wrong I was. Not only did they deny that the product sold to us was the wrong one, but they never allowed me to get my money back, claiming it had been too many days since the purchase. You idiots sold us the wrong item and now you won’t even give us our money back? And not even store credit? I tried getting a hold of the manager, but he was somehow mysteriously always not available or in the store to talk. Mark my words – TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and UNKNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF – don’t waste your time here. There’s a reason why it’s gotten so many poor reviews. I am spreading the word and refuse to ever step foot in there. Peace.

Unbelievable selection of lighted mirrors. Never have I seen so many in one place and found EXACTLY what I wanted. Friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. Perfection! I wish I would have gone there first.

WAY overpriced and when you have questions the answers are often too short and not very helpful. Their return policy is also a pain. Anything over 7 days and they will NOT refund your money. I think there are better options for supplies in the valley.

What a Joke of a salon. Smells nasty and really cheap quality and expired products … The asian owners are rude and there product is crap. I have been going to this store for years and after so many horrible experience and purchases on China made crap… I am done. ALso they are running under an expired license, so beware!!!

here is my tale of this place.
My first time here I bought a fog free mirror to shave in shower, and replace the one I had. It sucked and I brought it back. was told no refunds… how nice with a faulty product from china. So I got my girlfriend some of her favorite nail polish. Months later we were in area cause she wanted to get some leave in conditioner she likes so much, its called «its a 10» she bought it. Large bottle was 35.99 + tax. We went to mall and were walking past a small salon and saw the same product and it was 10.00 less… But again, No refunds.
I would suggest shopping elsewhere

Great beauty supply stores are few and far between and the only other option being buying hair products from my salon where the products are so limited, I was lucky and relieved to come across Pro Beauty.
The best part… it’s more than just your ordinary beauty supply store! Shelves and shelves of hair care products, shampoos, leave-​in conditioners, deep conditioners, body lotion, candles, make-​up, nail polish, hair dryers, and straight irons. I’m telling you, this place has it all!

I’m so glad a friend referred me to this store… no more emergency runs to Rite Aid for shampoo or buying brands I don’t even like at my salon. This is definitely your one stop shop!

A little place over the dreaded 405 freeway past the hills, into the valley, over the woods, to grandma’s house. Oh wait, wrong story…
Well, over the weekend I drove past Sunset Blvd. and entered into the VALLEY. Not a bad experience, considering I was able to go to Pro Beauty Center. Always a proponent of great hair and hair products I was happy to occupy myself with shelves of shampoo and molding paste. A Saturday afternoon full of fun!
I was able to come out of the store with some of my bestest products:
–Lanza Molding Paste for voluminous hair!
–Bed Head Dumb Blonde Shampoo to bring out the natural blond in me!
–Bed Head Masterpiece Hairspray for stiffening up my competition
–Big Sexy Volumuzing Spray Mousse… because I’m sexy like that
–Biolage Conditioning Balm for all the dryness from *ahem* my «natural» hair color
All in all, a great day. Great store, great hair products, great service and most of all great hair! :)
