In general i have 15 years of experience working as a contractor. 8 years before i opened prestige construction and 7 years since i opened the company back in 2005.

I try to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction to all my customers in Los Angeles, Ventura and Orange Counties.

These guys are Legit. From the first phone call to the last call, everything was done on a professional level, all while making us feel as though we are their only client. From Day 1 till completion Rafi and his team, were on time and ready to get the job done, all while willing to answer our questions and concerns. The work is beautiful and makes our home look and feel so much better. My wife and I are so pleased we have begun looking for more things to have them do for us.

We hired prestige for a kitchen redo when we had a flood in our condo. This was an insurance claim but they DID NOT act like it was. Rafi came on a Sunday afternoon to meet with us and wow’d us. We were really excited when we knew they would help us out and work with our insurance company. Within a week we had a company out to demolish our kitchen and a few weeks after that they started working. It took 2 weeks to design and resurface our cabinets using our previous doors and they were reinstalled with new lower cabinets. They also refinished the top cabinets. We also did granite counter tops. Rafi and his team of workers, cabinet guy, and plumber worked diligently to get it done quickly and Even came a few extra times bc we thought the plumbing didn’t work.
We will be recommending to all our neighbors and friends for work. We also will be using them for the future.

I can’t say enough about Prestige Construction and how professional and detailed they were from meeting number one. We had a vague idea of what we wanted to do for creating a studio rental space for our house, but once we first met Rafi he helped us find a solution. He told us what would work best, and what was unnecessary. The price of the job was less than other contractors by about 25%. During the job Rafi always communicated well, and his team did a wonderful job. They worked very hard, and the end result was AMAZING. We couldn’t be more pleased with the drywall, tile, plumbing, electrical, and other work done. I would recommend them to anyone looking for any type of house work. We will use them again in the future for sure.

We needed to find a company that could help us save our home. Our house was originally 1108sq ft. We wanted to be make it bigger for our growing family. We had a terrible experience with our previous contractors who ran out on us leaving our house only half done and nothing was done to code. Over 1400sq. ft. of unfinished house sat incomplete. It sat unfinished for several years while we searched for help. Enter Tommer of Prestige Construction «Heaven music»! He and his company made my wife and I feel so relaxed with them at our first meeting. We explained our situation to them the same way we’d explain it to many other companies and watched them run from our home screaming. But Tommer was not afraid to jump in with both feet. In fact, he took an impossible job and made it a dream come true! So much had to be redone. Footings redone. Center beams replaced. Terrible pluming. You name, it we had it. But Tommer made us feel so at ease. Don’t worry. Everything will be fine, he’d assure us. I never trusted a person who says don’t worry but Tommer proved himself and Prestige as a company that was beyond reproach! The integrity in both workmanship and commitment has made our house not only beautiful but it’s given us a sense of pride. Prestige completed a new dining room, master bedroom with a fantastic bath and a new bedroom for my son. Our new great room is our favorite place. We have company over all the time now. For years we were so ashamed at the state of our house, but with Prestige our house is definitely now a home! Thank Tommer. Thanks Prestige!

We have used Prestige Construction & Design for two jobs and have been completely satisfied with their work. We found Tom after seeing a job that he had done in our neighborhood, and they highly recommended him.
For the first job, what started to be just a kitchen remodel, soon became a much larger project. We had a carport built, converted a garage into a living room, floors redone, a/​c, windows, electrical upgrade, lights, full kitchen remodel with custom made cabinets, tankless water heater, painting inside and outside, new patio covering, and 2 bathroom remodels. Tom and his crew were professional and took care of all permits, materials, scheduling, and even came out on the weekends when we didn’t have hot water.
After, our first job, was completed, whenever we had any questions regarding our house, we could call Tom and he would recommend/​give advice with no hesitation. He always called back in a timely manner and never made us feel like we were bothering him.
Unfortunately, two months ago we had two water leaks in the house, and once again, Tom came to the rescue! This time we had a total repiping done, patched up and repainted the walls, and he fixed the flooring that was damaged. Again, we were able to count on Tom.
We would call Tom again for future jobs and would highly recommend Prestige Construction & Design. Tom is a man of his word and stands behind his work! He is honest and trustworthy. It’s hard to find someone like Tom.

Tom at Prestige Construction and Design was a pleasure to work with both times we’ve used him (September 2012 & August 2014). We were from out of town, moving into the area and he met with us around our schedule. It was wonderful that Tom and his guys were able to finish ALL of one room, so that we were able to move out of the very costly extended living hotel while the rest was being finished. We would definitely use him again in the future.

Love Tom and Prestige Construction & Design! He remodeled our condo in 2012 and did such a wonderful job that we called upon him when we recently had some water damage and needed our floors replaced. Even though it had been a couple years, he remembered us and was quick to give us the best deal possible. Prestige employee, Hadi, who installed our tile, was so kind, professional and did an AMAZING job! He’s the type of person who walks in to a job smiling and ready to get his work done. Definitely the hardest worker I’ve ever met. Our baseboard and paint guys were also wonderful and did the entire house in one day. The best part was that Tom was more than willing to work within our budget and answer any concerns we had. We HIGHLY recommend Tom and Prestige Construction & Design for your next project!

Tom at Prestige is a GEM!
My sister was coming for a visit and I wanted to redo not one but 2 bathrooms in record time! I interviewed a few contractors but Tom was the ONLY one who came to me prepared with his ipad full of pictures to show me as well as a packet complete with all the information that I would need in regards to his services. He told me his team would start on a Monday at 9:00 and at 8:59 am there was a knock on my door. He had both bathrooms completed in time for my sisters visit. Professional, courteous, within budget and an absolute pleasure to work with! I can’t wait to get my kitchen done next!!!

Burbank, CA
We spoke with four contractors about a bathroom re-​model — but most of them were unlicensed, and one of them even told us that the city of Burbank required our bathroom door be wider. (I checked with the city. This information was, of course, woefully incorrect.)
Then I met with Tom at Prestige. He quoted me a price that I liked, promised to get it done in ten days and showed me that Prestige was, in fact, fully licensed.
We hired them, they came in exactly on budget and the bathroom looks way better than I imagined it could look. Best of all, they completed the job in seven days!
I highly recommend them. They do great work, and you do not feel like you’re getting ripped off!
