In case you are looking for a quick review, let me start off by saying that Ink On Ink Off is the truly the best place to go for whether you are looking to receive a tattoo, or get one removed. You may have heard of other facilities that do tattoo removal or other tattoo shops, but they cannot top Ink On Ink Off in professionalism, helpfulness, price, or in any other way. Having that said, I encourage you to read my personal experience with Ink On Ink Off below:
Last year, I decided I wanted to have a large and bold tribal tattoo covering the majority of my right arm removed. I began contacting many tattoo removal providers, but because of the extreme price and the difficulty that these places made the process seem like, I decided to it would just be easier to keep the tattoo… until I contacted Ink On Ink off.
After my inquiry to Ink On Ink Off, I was immediately contacted by Sindey, who is the General Manager for the business. She was extremely helpful in scheduling the appointment, and made me feel very welcome. When the day of my appointment arrived, I was greeted by a very professional, clean, and welcoming facility. This is where I met Dr. Miller for the first time.
Dr. Miller was extremely straightforward about what she felt the results of the treatment would be, and she was very easy to talk to. After we discussed treatment options, Sidney worked with me for the next few weeks on discussing the price of the removal, considering it was such a large piece. The price she offered me was extremely reasonable and incomparable to any other facility that I contacted before.
Fast forward about 6 months, I still look forward to my treatments every 8 weeks, and I am constantly seeing awesome results. Although my treatment will be longer than most, Dr. Miller remains optimistic and her immense knowledge for this area reassures me that we will be able to work through any plateaus that may arise during my treatment process.
The biggest thing I have learned throughout this process is that even though other places like Ideal Image have more marketing and a more commonly known name, it doesn’t account for the bad experiences that many customers have had with them, which includes me and my family members. No amount of marketing can cover up bad business, and that’s good news for the ladies at Ink On Ink Off, because they have nothing to worry about.
I fully and completely recommend Ink On Ink Off to anyone who is looking for a place to receive a tattoo or get one removed. They make every part of the process easy and straightforward. Also, the fact that Dr. Miller is pro tattoo, it is a very comfortable environment as compared to a typical doctor’s office who removes tattoos. Dr. Miller also uses a more advanced laser that improves results and speeds treatment time which many tattoo removal companies do not have. If you’re in doubt about any part of the process, call them and they would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. You will not be disappointed at any point throughout your treatment process.

Beautiful office with a friendly staff. The dr. Was honest about my expectations, and my results came out better than expected. I would definitely recommend this facility, and i would definitely go there again!

Where do I begin! If you are considering tattoo removal you can NOT go wrong at IOIO! Sydney is amazing! She responded to my emails immediately and making me feel very comfortable. When I walked in I was soo impressed with there office. It’s so trendy cute and CLEAN! I had a consultation with Dr. Miller about removing my tattoo I hate! I have nothing but nice words to say about her. She talked me through every single process so there would be no surprises. She is very personal, welcoming and professional! I was so confident with IOIO I ended up staying and getting my first session to remove my tattoo! I felt like I was floating out of there I SO SO happy!

I had a consultation yesterday. I drove 2 hours from Columbus because I could not find a place I trusted enough here. Dr. Miller is fantastic and put my mind at ease. Tattoo removals can be pricy, but they will work with you to give you the best value. This is the place to go!!!

I came here for my first tattoo Jan 9^th. I am in my late 50’s. For years I’ve contemplated getting one but couldn’t pull the trigger. Then one day in Dec I heard an ad on a local radio station for IOIO. Sure didn’t sound like the many places I drive by & how many of those were physician led. I made an appointment for a consult, meet Sidney and Trevor, the artist. Walking in you experience a salon /​studio environment and an immediate comfort level especially for first timers! Trevor gave my rough design of a tribute to my dogs the finesse it deserved. I am over the top delighted with his work! I can’t say enough about this place and the staff. Yes I will be getting more.

For 10 years I’ve wanted a tattoo off my body, but I was so nervous it would be scary and painful! After going to IOIO, they explained everything perfectly and calmed my nerves. I ended up going through with the treatment and for not one second do I regret my decision! I would 100% recommend them.

I am so great full to the team at Ink On Ink Off. I have regretted one of my tattoos for over 15 years and have spoke with other tattoo removal places in the past, but I wasn’t comfortable with them. IOIO answer all my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and are fun to work with. I knew going in that removing a tattoo, especially a large one like mine, is going to be a process, but I just love this place. I love their strait forward honest answers.
