Established in 1989.

Jay Walia, a leader in the local business community, founded CBS Payroll Service, Inc. As Jay was putting together CBS Payroll long-​term business strategy, he quickly realized something was missing in the payroll service industry: value. In the past, most businesses could only choose from two payroll companies whose focus is on the bottom line profits rather than customer satisfaction. These big payroll service bureaus grew larger through over-​inflated processing fees and endless nickel-​and-​dime charges. However, Jay knew there was a better way to build a payroll service; and it would not include inexperienced and uncaring payroll processors.

With his forward-​thinking management team, Jay built CBS Payroll from the ground up. They based their foundation on integrity, innovation and excellent customer service.

He is the chief executive officer and the owner of Accounting Solutions, Inc. and CBS Payroll Service, Inc. Jay started Accounting Solutions, Inc. in 1989 to better serve the tax and business clients. Although the small businesses were paying exorbitant fees to the BIG CPA firms, they were not getting the services they expected. Having come to know this, Jay started his tax and payroll company. He provides them with personalized services. He helps business owners reduce their taxes, improve their profits, and better manage their cash flow. To be precise, he helps them manage their financials and provides them with strategies to grow their business.
