I train here every few months when I’m visiting family who live in the area. One of the pluses is the HUGE mat area for training. It’s wide open and a grapplers’ dream. I was there for a no-gi session, which isn’t my cup of tea, but I enjoyed it nonetheless. Locker rooms are actually connected to a Crossfit gym next door. They are very clean and well kept, but also very cold in the wintertime. Overall, it’s a great place to train if you’re in the area and I recommend dropping in if you need a place to roll.

I’ve had the opportunity to train at many BJJ and MMA schools over the last several years and I have to say that Team Link stands at the top of the top. You couldn’t hope to find a more impossible blend of intensity, passion, skill, curiosity, ferocity and compassion in coaches(speaking personally of Thiago«Bamboo» and UFC vet Gabriel Gonzaga). They truly care about their students’ progression and well being. This isn’t a school that churns out black belts to the undeserving or collects testing fees. It’s about producing high level fighters that can stay healthy and compete often(if desired). In addition to the great coaches the mat area is enormous and they are always clean. I’ve never had ringworm or staph since training here. Whether you’re looking for an extraordinary way to get in shape or want to take your BJJ game to the next level, you cannot go wrong here.

By far the best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts school in Boston and Worcester! It is a rare opportunity to train with a world champion and UFC fighter like Gabriel Gonzaga!
