Frank the owner was great. He was helpful, clear and quick to help. They were really nice and all in all one of the better experiences I’ve had at an auto shop.
The only reason I’m just a bit bummed (and why I’m only giving it four stars) is because I got the receipt with the part number. I go to Google it and I find the exact same part new for $ 75 cheaper than what I was charged (including shipping). If it was about waiting longer for the part I would’ve totally waited for ground shipping, given that $ 75 bucks is the price of one textbook or 3 weeks of groceries for me.
In the end, I’ll probably be back… I’ll probably just buy the part myself and have them install it. Frank was curtesy and all around nice guy and worth giving them a second chance.

Stay as far away as possible. They will damage your car and blame you for it.

The guys here are so friendly and accommodating. They have hustled me in early on a Friday morning and patched my lazy leaking tire. Today they fit me right in for an oil change. I don’t feel like I’m being tricked, taken advantage of or looked at like an idiot because I don’t know every thing about how cars work. These guys will get you in and out and for very reasonable prices. I feel at home in their waiting room and wouldn’t hesitate to keep coming or recommend them to friends and family.

I just (obviously) had another awesome experience with these guys!
This time I brought my Jeep in for an inspection and an oil change and made plans to have a new radiator put in the following week. The owner, Frank, always gives honest answers, good advice and gets me the best price possible. He’s seriously the nicest guy in the city.
So a few days before I was going to bring it in, my Jeep wouldn’t start. AAA said it wasn’t the battery (of course it’s not!) so I had them tow it to Pat’s. Luke called me to tell me what was wrong and he said he’d put the radiator in at the same time so I wouldn’t have to come back later in the week. He’s super nice too, so if Frank’s not around no worries!
They got my Jeep done fast, and even found out the ignition part that they needed was cheaper than the one they originally thought. Like I said, they always give me a great price and I never question for a second whether or not they’re being honest with me.
Did I mention that I had to get a rental and Frank even called to let Enterprise know I was coming? No?! Well he did.
I’ll never take my Jeep anywhere else. Thanks, guys!

Let me start by saying these guys are awesome… As a Worcester resident, I constantly deal with horrible roads and construction in the city. Traveling back into the city via 290 today I was subject to an object flying into my lane. I made it to Med City and realized my tire was was now flat. Yay. Got my dad into his appointment. Jumped on Unilocal and found Pat’s was the closest to me. Called and spoke with Frank (this guy is the nicest man you’ll ever meet!!!) he says no problem I can take care of you and pick you guys up later at the hospital. Called AAA and got my tow set up. AAA arrived and took my car to them. Luke was able to get a tire for my car and get the job done before the appointments were over. Then sure enough Frank came and picked up my father and I after all the appointments. He even drove right up to my car to save my pops from walking far (he just had knee surgery the other day). Both of these guys were helpful and truly the nicest guys. Completely took my stress away today! If you live in the Worcester area check these guys out. They have a good size shop. No young punks. All seasoned tech’s. Thank you Frank & Luke. You were my knights today!

Friendly Service very welcoming. Frank the manager was great to deal with he explained things very well that needed to be done with my car. The help was very good also. I will be using them in the future I was very pleased with them.

Great and friendly service! I recommend Pat’s for everyone! As a college student in the Worcester area, it’s reassuring to have quality service away from home. I had significant, reoccurring car issues before I took my car to Pat’s 2 years ago. Now, it’s only routine maintenance. These guys are the best!

Being new to Worcester, I had a difficult time finding the right mechanic for my car but Pat’s Auto Care is such a wonderful place! Firstly, as soon as I called and spoke to Frank (the owner) I felt relieved. He was very nice and friendly and understood my tight budget as a student. He gave me great advice and communication was straight forward, honest and polite. Second, it was VERY simple! The entire process of getting my car towed to the shop and getting it fixed, took less than 24 hours. That shows a lot of dedication from the team and less unnecessary jargon! Great service, great owner and great vibes all around! Highly recommend it-​Especially for students with litter or no «car repair» experience/​background!

If I could give zero star I would! And I’m also assuming my review may be taken off by the company if they see it. Well here is the deal: I have only visited two times and every single time I bring my car there, I came back with a new problem. And yes the service manager Frank WILL totally blame it on YOU without even taking an investigation first. The first time it came in to fix my heating system and could not get the wiring right so one of my service light is on and Frank told me that I have to pay for it (now he is tricky and he made it sound like as if he is helping you) the Second time, I came in for a check engine light on and they charged me a full hour even when I already told them it was probably because of the gas cap. Gas cap changed — came back with a new problem with the gas tank. And came back to Frank — IMMEDIATELY he started blaming it on me but only find out that they forgot one of their tools IN MY CAR! HOW CAN YOU EVEN TRUST THEM FOR YOUR LIFE? Not to mention they rip off your money withe a straight face. Frank if you are reading this, yes I’m talking about you and your business, I am NEVER EVER gonna come back again for anything! What is wrong with your conscience!!!
