Don’t have a breakdown and have to wait for these guys. I have Roadside Assistance through Verizon and needed towing the other day, I was told at 4PM they would be there by 6:30, ok, it’s been busy. By 7: I0 I called Verizon, they contacted MW and told me they apologized they were running late and would be there by 7:30. At 8PM I contacted Verizon and said what’s going on? at 8:04 I get a call guy says «this is the tow company» I said ok I was told you’d be here by 7:30 what’s going on? it’s 10 degrees out and glad my wife didn’t have to wait with car, are you guys coming or what? He says don’t get hostile with me we’re still catching up from the weekend, so don’t piss on my shoes. He continued to harass me about his problems, he’s in the tow business and I was patient for over 4 ½ hours. He persisted in being the hostile one at which time I said F*** You don’t bother, I don’t want you towing my car, I’ll call Verizon back and get another.
