Harris Auto Body

Harris’ auto is excellent. I have my car repair with great experience. They took care of my car very well. I want to recommend it to everyone who has a car and need to repair it.

I could not have had a better experience with Harris Auto Body! From the minute I dropped my Jeep off I was greeted with professional and courteous people. My Jeep was repaired perfectly and in a timely manner. THANK YOU! I will never go anywhere else in Worcester!

Everything was so amazing. I met Alex at an on campus community fair. I had a few spots of body damage and they helped make the process easy. Alex helped me with the process of insurance claims. I dropped of the car and it was ready on the day it was promised. The car looked better than the day I drove the car off of the lot. I was so happy and still am very happy with my decision to go to Harris. Is would suggest Harris to anyone.

So it was my first accident as an adult with my very own policy (so exciting. really) and I called Harris auto body expecting to get the run around, however, Alex was more than helpful every step of the way. He set up my pick up with Enterprise, kept me updated on the progress on my vehicle more than my insurance adjuster could seem to manage, and was generally pleasant to speak with over the phone. There were a few days where I was left in the dark on the status of my repairs/​discovery of further damage, but Alex cleared the details with me in a timely manner and didn’t require chasing. Overall, I would definitely return to this body shop and they seriously assisted my stress level with their clear and efficient service. Thanks, Alex!

The experience at Harris Auto Body was beyond satisfactory. My Honda Civic needed repair to the rear end but I was going away to get married, so I decided to wait until we returned. well, by the time I was ready to drop my car off. I was sideswiped, so now I had 2 claims instead of one. Alex was so professional and went out of his way to make sure everything went smoothly even down to the rental. I didn’t have to do a thing. When I picked up my car I was greeted with a smile by Peter, who is always smiling. My car was absolutely amazing, they even cleaned the inside (it really needed it). I very highly recommend Harris Auto Body without hesitation. A Big Thank you to Alex and his Pops Doug for such a professional establishment to deal with. If you need any body work done go see Alex even if you don’t live in Worcester it’s well worth traveling for a pleasant experience.

If you are in the Worcester area and you are looking for a professional, likable and intelligent auto body shop please stop by Harris’. I just had them fix my 2004 Chevrolet avalanche and let me tell you that I fell in love with my truck again. These guys have the knowledge and experience to get you back behind the wheel in a timing fashion. Alex is among the top guys in this profession and if he treats you with half the respect and professionalism he felt with me you’ll be waiting to get into another accident when you leave.

I brought in my 2007 Honda CRV for a checkup ahead of a road trip. Alex (disclosure: we went to school together in the ‘90s) was diagnosing issues before I’d parked it, and I rolled out of there — I kid you not — 45 minutes later. The mechanics’ experience and professionalism impressed me, and so did their camaraderie — these guys clearly like what they’re doing, and it shows in the quality of their work.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. Alex at Harris Auto Body is quite possibly the rudest person I have ever encountered. Save yourself the aggravation and go to ANY other shop in Worcester.
