I cant express how much of a pleasure it is working with Stacy and IMA. Not only is Stacy always responsive via email or phone (which is enough of a luxury!) but she takes the time to clearly explain all of the options and details in terms that I can fully comprehend. While I rely on her to help me select the best coverage whether for myself or a client, it is refreshing to feel informed in an industry that is notoriously difficult to navigate. I always feel that I have been offered the best choices for my needs and budget, and confident that should anything happen I not only have my insurance company but my agent in my corner.

I was shopping around for insurance quotes and came across Insurance Marketing Agencies. Out of the three agencies I spoke with, their quote was the most reasonable– even with better coverage options offered. The agent I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and addressed each of my concerns, even explaining that I was over insured in an area with my previous policy– that it was a nice feature, but not necessary– that showed me that they were not only about the sale. She also made some recommendations to add to my policy that the other agencies didn’t explain to me (like gap insurance) The agent was professional, thorough, and extremely courteous. The entire process was painless and done quickly to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Insurance Marketing Agencies and will be looking into home owners insurance with them as well.
