Welcome to Snap Fitness Worcester! We are located at 1000 Grafton Street in Battery Plaza next to the Roosevelt Elementary School.

Snap Fitness members enjoy the convenience of 247 access 365 days per year. Our #1 goal is to help you get RESULTS. We have new cardio equipment, strength machines and the area’s largest selection of free weights as well as unlimited tanning. We also offer free group exercise classes. If you cannot make time for our classes, our virtual Fitness on Demand will surely have the class for you any time you wish! Excellent personal trainers are at your fingertips. Our free website, available to members only, www​.mys​nap​fit​ness​.com will give you access to customized fitness routines, nutrition, and much more.

Meet the Business Owner

Matt M.

Business Owner

NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach Matt graduated from the University of Massachusetts in Dartmouth in 2006, working as a student athlete and strength and conditioning coach. After college, Matt followed his passion in the fitness industry, studying at NPTI (National Personal Training Institute) in Waltham, MA, becoming a Nutrition Consultant and NSCA certified strength and conditioning coach. Matt has had more than seven years of personal and small group training experience, developing a lifelong passion for helping others achieve their fitness goals. Matt specializes in progressive functional strength development, metabolic strengthening for fat loss, cardio-​respiratory conditioning, power development, corrective exercises and pain management, flexibility, and neuromuscular development. Matt has trained a wide variety of clients; ranging from elderly, obese, and immobile clients to elite strength and endurance athletes, military, and police force.
