Office was very outdated and unable to receive my dental records electronically after repeated attempts(by my previous dental office) to send them. Eventually, paper records and x-ray films were sent by snail mail. When I went to my appointment, which had to be rescheduled 2 times due to the delay in their ability to receive the records, they had lost them, including the full set of x-rays that my previous dentist had taken 6 months earlier. Even though I have no history of dental problems, I was forced into getting a full set of mouth x-rays after expressing that I was uncomfortable receiving unnecessary radiation because they told me the dentist would not see me unless I got them taken. Of course, the dentist looked at them for 30 seconds and said they looked great. The office was unapologetic, coercive and not concerned about my feelings about unnecessary radiation. A very unfortunate encounter and I will not be returning.

I have been coming to this dentist for about 4 years now. The hygienists and doctors have always been very friendly and helpful. It is really easy to get an appointment and they have some days with early hours and some with late and if you are really lucky sometimes you can get a Saturday appointment(well only if you book a year in advance!). They make you feel really comfortable and always have answers for all your questions. They also have an orthodontist which is so convenient!
