Serenity Hill is a family owned 42 bed nursing and rehabilitation center, conveniently located in Wrentham, Massachusetts. Our long term care facility is consistently rated as one of the highest in the region. We offer long term care, short term rehab, respite and hospice care. Established in 1998.

Serenity Hill has been providing care to the seniors of our communities for over 50 years. Our family purchased Serenity Hill in 1998 and look forward to providing care for another 50 years.
