Sadly, I need to withdraw my recommendation for Steve’s business.
While I was VERY happy with the work he did for me initially, I found subsequently that he is doesn’t honor appointments and is impossible to communicate with. He stopped returning phone calls, and only occasionally responds to emails.
After rescheduling my 2nd job the night before the work was to be done, Steve no-​showed for our next (and final) appointment a week later. Regardless of how good his work is, I can’t do business with someone who doesn’t deliver as promised, and will only communicate via email.
