The second bad experience at this place! Always so nice at first until you don’t want to pay the arm and a leg service that they «recommend» you should get. Also very slow! Took 3 hours for an inspection, taking up my whole morning. I won’t be coming back here.

I have been going to this place for the past two years. I have a pretty old car and ive been using this garage for basic maintenance and tire stuff. They have been fantastic up until today. My car is definitely not in the best condition, it is 16 y/​o and soon to be given up. I went in to get my transmission fluid changed and they told me that they needed to do an extra service in order to do the fluid exchange and i declined, which is fine. I did not have a problem until i picked up the car and i had mentioned i knew of a leak prior. This is a 16 year old car, i have brought my car into this garage many times before and once for the same service that i went into for today. This man decided to speak to me like he was scolding a child. I understand that there was time and money lost for the business since i declined the service but there was no need for the man i was dealing with to raise his voice at me. I preceeded to leave quietly after the situation. I was infuriated by how i was dealt with in the end. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Welp, I guess thinking I was able to find a decent service professional was too good to be true. I recommended these guys to my gf and she brought her car in for an oil change. They forgot to put the oil cap back on, which is a mistake that people make, sure, but professionals should not. And when they do, they should apologize. It’s very dangerous to drive without an oil cap and it’s a sure fire way to kill an engine fast. When my gf called to ask them to replace the oil cap, they said they’d order her a new one and give her a quart of oil that she could just pour in there. Come on, man, it takes 3 seconds to check the oil and top it off if necessary. Don’t put that on the customer. Own your mistake, apologize, and do the basic courtesy of making it right. If they had simply done that, they would have had customers for life.

I had my car towed to this shop on a Saturday morning. Be sure you call in ahead of time because they do get very busy. I spent a few hours waiting here for my tires to be delivered from their warehouse and overheard them turn away several customers simply because they wouldn’t be able to finish the workload for the day (by turn away, I mean they told them honestly that they wouldn’t be able to get to their car and that Monday would be a better day to come back). I appreciate their integrity and not making any false promises to me or any of their other customers.
I do wish they took appointments, but I can understand why they don’t use an appointment system. They work on a first come, first serve basis so come in the morning or call ahead to see how backed up they are for the day.
As for the work they did, my car looked good as new once everything was done. Craig at the front desk was such a gentleman when helping me over the phone and patiently/​thoroughly answered all of my questions in the office. Give them a call and see for yourself!

Recently had a tire that kept going flat. They were very helpful, inexpensive and quick! I got there around 11 on Saturday and ended up being out of there around 1 (there were a lot of people ahead of me, so still very happy with this amount of time!) I felt like they were truthful and honest with me, not trying to pull wool over my eyes, which is a very different experience than I’ve had with some other places. I will definitely be coming back here if I need any more servicing of my car.

Customer service and phone skills have a lot to worked on. The lack of taking appointments and not working on customers waiting is very outdated for the industry. May rethink going back in future

Excellent customer service with knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanics. I thought that they just did tires, but was able to get my state inspection and emissions done as well.
