These clowns put ads all over my building… also touting free delivery. Tried to call 3 times today (shame on me, I know) to place an order… was hung up on after an extended wait time… I’m talking over ten minutes on hold and then hung up on (again, shame on me). Obviously these guys don’t know what they’re doing and let’s be serious how long does it take to order a pizza? Why place someone on hold without even acknowledging WHAT they are calling for? Too bad, I’m going to order from down the block. Save your money from printing those ads. Ordered from Catania’s and they were great. No issues at all. And I didn’t even get hung up on!

They used to be pretty good, but it seems like their quality is really inconsistent as of late, and I’ve had three orders messed up. They’re usually quick to deliver, though, so if you REALLY want pizza that isn’t Domino’s or Pizza Hut’s, then I guess this is a safe bet.

This place used to make some of the best pizza, up until about a year ago when they got new owners. I left this place an excellent review before, but now I have to give it only two stars because the last several orders of pizza were very soggy and oily. I’m not going there anymore.

Up until the recent management change, we were fans. The current portions are much smaller, which is disappointing, and the customer service is poor. We recently placed a delivery order and were told 15 minutes. Our food arrived 45 minutes later and the order was incomplete. When I called to ask about the missing food, a man who did not speak English well answered the phone. He was both unable and unwilling to help me. There was no one there who spoke English more fluently. I left my number for someone to call me back, but never heard back. I miss the old Piezanos and will now order elsewhere.

Great pizzeria! In fact, its one of our favorites!
Haven’t tried anything else besides the regular slices, and the garlic knots.
Both delicious!
