My husband and I got married April 25, 2015. We didn’t plan on hiring a coordinator at first, but all my vendors recommended I get one because there is so much that goes on before the wedding that I couldn’t handle while getting ready, taking pictures, etc. My husband was not thrilled about spending the extra money, but I promised him they would make our lives easier and boy was I right!!! I called several event coordinators who were either outrageously overpriced for a «Day Of» or didn’t do a «Day Of» type of service. When I called Stephanie with Table 7 Events, she got back to me right away, answered all my questions and assured me she could accommodate us for our big day. Katie and Phoenix were our Day Of Coordinators and they did a phenomenal job!!! They were professional, kept us on schedule and made sure all of us had what we needed when we needed it. They even had excellent recommendations for things I hadn’t even thought about and Katie built my timeline for me. They were so sweet and genuinely happy and excited to be a part of our day! It was more that just a job for them, it is truly something they enjoy doing and helping couples bring their big day together. Our wedding was perfect from start to finish and I feel I owe so much of that to Table 7 and all their hard work they did for us. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a wedding coordinator!

Trying to put our experience with Stephanie and Table 7 Events into words just won’t do it justice, but I shall try my best…
My wife and I truly had no idea what we were getting into when we started planning our wedding. What we thought we knew was just the tip of the iceberg and as the months went by and new things kept popping up, the stress level started to escalate. Of course every person in our lives had opinions and suggestions; every vender gave so many decisions to make and so many pricing options — we felt completely in over our heads.
Along came Stephanie…
We were very fortunate to find Stephanie through a recommendation, and after our first meeting with her at the would-​be site of our reception — we felt 1000 pounds lighter. Stephanie has seen it all and was able to understand every concern and indecision of ours that came up, nothing threw her, ever. Most importantly however, was how in times of stress and anxiety Stephanie had a calm way about her that was so contagious; she made us feel much more at ease and confident every step of the way.
Stephanie took care of everything, literally. She’d email and call with a question, then she’d take care of the rest; we didn’t have to call or book anyone on our own. She accompanied us to our food tasting at the caterer’s place of business, and at our cake tasting as well, both were time consuming drives for her I know.
Stephanie and her crew were with us from the second our big day started till the door shut on our limo at the end of the night. Her assistants even walked plates of appetizers out to us to ensure we had something to eat while taking pictures. We felt totally and completely taken care of.
We can say it now that it’s all said and done – Stephanie was worth FAR more than the price of booking her to be our wedding planner. We had the perfect wedding and our guests our still commenting on it today. Her and her staff were invaluable. Stephanie nailed it in every way and I can’t recommend anyone, in any field, more than I recommend Table 7 Events. We were so impressed and so very grateful for everything.

I keep putting off writing this review, because Stephanie and her team deserve so much praise that I wanted to be sure I had time to write a proper review.
We originally didn’t plan on hiring a wedding planner. As a former meeting planner, I knew enough of the ins-​and-​outs to be able to navigate a small destination wedding. However, I knew my mandatory caterer was notorious for being tough to reach. My friend, a DC-​based wedding planner, was so insistent that I hire a planner she even found a company for me. That company wasn’t available, and my planner said «Well then ask her for a recommendation!» That is how we found Table7 Events — and it was the best decision we could have made.
Stephanie navigated our state-​park permits, their preferred vendors, found us even BETTER vendors, got us some amazing deals for our Monday-​after-​Christmas wedding, and despite the time zone difference, made things so amazingly easy for us. My husband works two jobs, and I’m in an accelerated nursing program full time, so to say we didn’t have TIME to plan a wedding, I’m not exaggerating. Table 7 made wedding planning seem like the simplest thing in the world. Stephanie and Katie on site were calm, collected, in the background making things happen but easy to find if you needed them. We could not have done it without them.
If you’re unsure whether to hire a planner, talk to Stephanie and her team. They have various packages at different price points to fit your needs and budget. They were the best investment we made, and knowing what I know now, I never would have hesitated in the beginning.

Where to start describing the most amazing wedding coordinator and staff ever! I am going to keep it as short as I can so you will all actually read this!
Starting with our first meeting she was able to help us shape our vision without being pushy or altering what we wanted. She worked to understand what we wanted and how to best execute it. She never balked at our DIY décor for the ceremony to save a little money and jumped right in and made it all happen on the day. We choose a venue that was not a typical wedding venue (a summer camp) and then added extra complications by having three days of events on site with all our guests staying in the cabins for three nights. Stephanie took it all in stride and was more than willing to execute all the small details and touches that made the weekend so special.
Her interactions with the venue and all vendors were impeccable and her ability to filter out crises truly made the wedding memorable for all the good things and none of the bad. Each one of her staff were friendly and helpful. You can tell they love their job and feel honored to witness these important moments in their clients lives. Her recommendations for vendors were useful and she provided a spectrum of options all in and around our budget. The true sign of a good wedding coordinator is that they are in the background making it all happen without being noticed by guests. There were so many extra touches that made the in between moments so meaningful as well and made us feel extra special. Some words that fit Table 7 best are definitely «above and beyond!» My now husband said when we hired her that he wanted the wedding weekend to feel like a cruise and she certainly made that happen. We loved her and her staff and could not recommend them any higher!

Stephanie is nothing short of exquisite! She has built an incredible team that will go above and beyond for their clients. Everyone who works for her is learning from the very best. Table 7 made sure that our wedding was perfect! You can trust this team, we did not have to worry about a thing, and you shouldn’t have to either!

I was an intern for Table 7 Events this summer, and it was by far the best experience I could have asked for! Whether you need an internship for college credit or you are just looking to build your experience in the wedding and events industry, Table 7 is definitely your place. Stephanie is an amazing mentor– she is so knowledgeable and talented in what she does and will tell you anything you want to know about the wedding industry. She exposes her interns to as many aspects of event planning as possible while tailoring each internship task to your specific strengths and interests. My internship was such a fun and hands-​on experience– between floral design, blogging, creating Pinterest boards, helping with the planning process for weddings and non-​profit events and assisting on the day of events, there is always something new and exciting to do! You know your internship is a good one when it doesn’t actually feel like work– I truly enjoyed every minute of it. The entire Table 7 Events team is such a fun, welcoming, and talented group of ladies and I would HIGHLY recommend this internship to any college students looking to grow as an event coordinator. My advice to any interns considering Table 7 is to be open minded, be willing to take on as many opportunities as possible, and soak it all in! You will learn a ton and have a blast!

I was referred to Table7Events from a friend in the photography business that had a booth next to them at a bridal expo last year. I didn’t initially want a wedding coordinator, but after talking with a ton of brides and working full time myself, I decided a coordinator for at least the day of would be totally necessary!
After receiving the info for Table7Events from my friend, I actually saw that they were in the newspaper, and to top it off they had a french bulldog as their marketing icon… I have a frenchie so needless to say this was totally meant to be! That night I decided to contact Stephanie, the President of Table7Events. She immediately responded to set up a call with me. Once we got on the phone, I felt instantly connected to her! Our conversation flowed easy and she knew exactly what I wanted.
I needed a day of coordinator, but I also needed a little guidance considering I’ve never planned a wedding before! She offered a few different packages and also offered tailoring them if I needed to add/​remove anything. This was very comforting and I was pleasantly surprised with how much you could get out of these packages for the price. I was in contact with her the entire year before my wedding which was in May of this year. She gave me multiple vendor options in which I ended up utilizing for my wedding and they were phenomenal! She always offered to meet with me for most of my appointments — flowers, linens, food tasting, venue touring, etc. Anytime I had a question she was quick to answer it via email, text, or call — she was there! She never once made me feel like any of my ideas were out of the question and always gave me advice.
My most favorite attribute about Stephanie is she is very calming… which any bride can relate to needing this type of attribute during such a stressful time! Don’t get me wrong though, Stephanie’s calm character means business. When it came to my wedding day, she had everything dialed and I mean EVERYTHING. From start to finish, there was not one thing I could comment negatively on. Her assistant for the night Katie B. was over the moon sweet and helpful. My petticoat had ripped and was hanging outside my dress and Katie was there for a helping hand to cut it off for me in minutes. That to me is first class service at its best! What bride wants a tail hanging out from the bottom of her dress that looks like toilet paper throughout the night? Not a good photo op in my opinion!
After the night ended, I obviously was in no position to gather my things and come to find out Stephanie and Katie gathered all my wedding accessories i.e. guest book, veil, photos, shoes, makeup, gifts, you name it — wrapped and boxed it all for me. This was a HUGE weight off my shoulders as no bride wants to be picking up the pieces of the wedding when it is over. I even found myself texting her asking where a few things went the next few days after the wedding and she knew exactly where they were.
With all this said, I couldn’t have been more pleased with how Table7Events handled my wedding with such care and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone interested in receiving nothing but the best experience. Thank you Table7Events and especially Stephanie — you were amazing and my wedding was unforgettable thanks to you!!!

I really hate to be the one negative review here, but the experience I had still bugs me a few months later. I am a bride on a budget, but I know that I need a day of coordinator. I don’t want to have to worry about anything on my wedding day, so I realized very early on in my planning process that I would need to hire a professional. I set a reasonable budget and started calling around.
I read a review somewhere on this page from a fellow bride on a budget so, although their website doesn’t give any indication of their price points, I decided to contact them through their website. Stephanie called and then emailed me back promptly (great communication bumped them up an extra star). I finally got the chance to call back a few days later. The one of the first questions she asked was what my budget for coordination was. To be perfectly honest, I appreciated that. She didn’t want to waste anyone’s time and my budget ended up being several hundred dollars below her minimum. That was fine, except she offered up some advice.
«On your budget, you might want to try Craigslist.»
I really want to give her the benefit of the doubt and say she was trying to be helpful, but it actually came off as rather condescending. I informed her that I had already found a couple of day of coordinators within my budget, thanked her for getting back to me, and hung up. The more I thought about it, the more it bugged me. It seemed like a dig at my small budget and I definitely did not appreciate it.
If you have a decent budget for planning, I’m sure the coordinators are great. Their reviews are glowing and it’s nice to see so many brides who had positive experiences. If you’re on a tight budget, please don’t bother. Save yourself a moment of embarrassment and just look elsewhere.

Stephanie you really saved me on this one, you were helpful, easy to talk to and never seemed to be bothered by me… even when I would email you 10 times a day asking the silliest questions. LADIES I can not stress enough how helpful it was to have Table 7 in my corner!!!

We decided to have a December wedding, but began planning in October. With only 8 weeks to make it all happen it was a challenge, but Stephanie was amazing and was there to answer questions and help with everything along the way. The initial consultation was amazing because she was able to tell us exactly how many tables, heaters, chairs etc. would work best for us and fit in our small reception space. The day of the wedding she took care of everything including organizing the caterers, cueing the music, making sure the timeline was followed and all those other little details you cannot possible remember on your own. The reception was so smooth and everyone had a great time. We could not have hosted an event this successful without her. Hiring Stephanie was the best money we spent from our budget.

I cannot say enough positive things about Stephanie and the rest of the Table7 Events team! As a bride on a budget, I was overwhelmed with trying to make my dream Orange County beach wedding happen. Add the pressure of being a wedding photographer who wanted to make sure every detail was perfect for pictures and having half of our guests from out of state and I was totally freaking out.
As soon as I knew Stephanie was going to be helping me my stress level dropped dramatically! She has such a calming effect on people and is so organized you just know everything is going to be taken care of. Whenever I started to have a little bridal moment during the planning, I would send her an email and she would be able to help me see my options and suggest the best one for me. She was a lifesaver.
We handed over everything we had for the wedding the night before at the rehearsal. Knowing Stephanie was in control and would handle everything from there was such a relief and really gave my husband and I the peace of mind we needed to enjoy spending time with our family and relax. On the day of the wedding, Stephanie and her team were there every step of the way with a reassuring smile. Apparently, they also have a connection with the ocean, because we had an amazing pod of dolphins that played in the ocean right in front of us during our entire wedding ceremony.
If you’re even considering hiring an Event Planner and Coordinator do it! You will be so happy you did. Our wedding would not have been the perfect wedding I dreamed of if it wasn’t for Stephanie and the rest of the Table7 Events team.

I found Stephanie through my wedding photographer’s recommended vendor list. I contacted several wedding planners from the list but ultimately went with Stephanie because of her professionalism and promptness. I live in Northern California but my wedding was in Orange County so this made wedding planning and meetings very tricky. Stephanie always went above and beyond to work with me despite the distance and limited visits. I can’t even begin to count how many email correspondences we had over the last 7 months, Stephanie never hesitated to answer any of my random questions, anything from invitation etiquette to floral arrangements to just general advice.
I had a nightmare situation of switching reception sites 18 days before our wedding, but thanks to Stephanie we were able to pull of the perfect wedding. She even stepped in to help with communication or lack of communication from my original reception vendor, something that was above and beyond the services I paid for.
She is absolutely talented at what she does professionally, but it is who she is as a person that makes her an absolute dream to work with. She has this amazing sense of calm and care. She truly makes you feel like you are the only bride she is working with because she has this innate ability to understand what you like or who you are. It’s not that I think she is a mind reader but she is that observant and detail oriented that we had complete faith and trust in her to know and understand what our visions were for the wedding.
There is a reason why there are 5 star reviews for her. I’m already thinking of future events so that I can work with her again!!! Stephanie is highly, highly recommended, seriously look no further for your wedding planner.

My wedding was 04÷28÷13 and I began doing my research for a wedding planner November 2012. When I met Stephanie, I instantly felt how genuine she was and how much she loved doing what she did. I was extremely nervous because I had never been married or attended a wedding for that matter and I had my 4 year old daughter with me during our consultation. Stephanie never gave her that look that I unfortunately encountered with a few vendors I had met with. I was worried that my LOW budget would scare her off but she was extremely supportive the whole way. I went with the «Month «of services but Stephanie truly goes above and beyond for you. It made me wonder what the full services entailed haha
During the planning process there were a series of unfortunate events that were out of our hands. My previous venue was unable to hold a reception (my fault i think i didn’t hear them correctly), my dress was ruined (hemmed way too short), My florist lets me know the day before the wedding that she doesn’t open her shop on the weekends so I would not have my Bridal bouquet. and my make up artist and hairdresser cancel their services the week before the wedding. With each of these situations I encountered Stephanie listened, gave advice or offered alternative solutions.
lets fast-​forward to the details of the wedding… we got married at Europa winery in temecula, it was an intimate affair of 60 people. even with my small budget with Stephanie’s touch everything looked elegant and beautiful. Everything listed on the time itinerary was up to schedule, I would go on about the reception but i had one too many wine glasses. Well the next day of my «honeymoon» I woke up scared thinking i forgot to grab my items or the mercury glass holders so I rushed out of my hotel room and go to the trunk of my rental car and everything is arranged neatly; my jewelry was in its box, my shoes were wrapped nicely and my candle holders were back in their little packaging.
To all of you who read my review please get a WEDDING PLANNER, table 7 should be your first choice since they are oozing in awesomeness but if you don’t go with them at least hire a wedding planner and keep your sanity.

We used Table 7 for our Company picnic and it was great! There was something to do for everybody and everything was handled for us. We will defiantly use Table 7 again.

Stephanie was recommended to me by a friend. She planned and organized my whole wedding in just 2 months. Stephanie took the few ideas that my husband and I had and created the perfect wedding of our dreams!
She took care of every detail: found and ordered the invitations, designed the lighting and tables, helped me choose and order flowers, found the bakery and photobooth, recommended a fantastic photographer, chose the linens, created and organized the table cards, set up the elegant reception, planned our weekend getaway, dealt with all the vendors, and much more.
We didn’t have to worry about anything, so we were able to enjoy every minute of our special day. We wouldn’t have changed a thing about our entire wedding experience, and we owe our many fabulous memories to her. Stephanie was easy to work with and truly has a talent for taking ideas to the next level.

I met Stephanie from Table 7 at the Brea Bridal show and was immediately impressed with her display. Her creativeness stuck out in my mind and I knew I just had to have her! I contacted her a few weeks later and talked to her about the vision I had for my wedding day.
My situation was a little different than some of the brides she was used to working with because I had basically planned the whole day to the minute myself and I was only looking for a «Day of» service and some opinions on the décor. To my disappointment, the rate for Table 7’s services were out of my budget BUT she was able to work with me an be flexible with my fee & the result was beautiful!
We had our wedding ceremony at Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in La Habra & the reception at the Golleher Alumni House at Cal State Fullerton. Table 7 helped with the décor of the church & reception. Other than one small setback from a vendor that never showed up, Table 7 handled each situation and answered every question with ease. The organization, the professionalism, the creativity… Table 7 has it all!
Stephanie is a gem and you NEED her at your wedding!

I cannot say enough good things about Table 7 Events! I just got back from the best wedding I have ever been to… and it was mine! I literally have to keep pinching myself! There was no way we could have pulled that off without Stephanie and all of her expertise! I wouldn’t have even wanted to attempt to pull that off because I probably would have ended up in the nut house, but she handles it all in stride! We love Stephanie and Table 7 so much!!! Best wedding EVER! Can we do it all again?! haha!

When my darling wife and I set out to plan our wedding we knew a few things were not debatable or even open for discussion. We wanted it simple, unique, and done in our unique way. Table7 was able to effortlessly accommodate our needs and thankfully stepped in with assistance on various factors that we ignorantly thought we didn’t need to worry about. Stephanie has so much experience and knowledge when it comes to events, which was miraculous for us because we had zero experience with planning anything, let alone a wedding. For me, however, the quality that I found so valuable, was her adaptability. She is fantastic at receiving your input and filling in all the gaps. Her knowledge base ensures that every detail is accounted for, whether your affair is traditional or casual.
On top of that she’s incredibly dedicated, hard-​working, and a pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her services and if I ever need to throw another event it’s Table7 I’ll be calling.
