I called Standard Auto to set up an appointment for a brake inspection right after I got one at Tuffy down the street. My original quote from Tuffy was outrageous, so I wanted a second opinion. The guys at Standard got me in early the next day and they came up with a quote for 1⁄3 the price.
These guys can actually fix things, not just replace them, which leads to huge savings. I highly recommend using Standard Auto.

I love Standard Auto. I wouldn’t go anywhere else because they have the best prices around and also, if you live close, they will give you a ride home while your car is being worked on. I also and a slight minor fix on my breaks and they fixed it for free. I love them

A truly honest auto repair place is a thing worth its weight in gold. A friend recommended this place and we’ve never gone anywhere else after that. These guys are straight up. The total they give you is the total you’ll pay — there are never any add-​ons or surprises. The prices are reasonable and they will explain exactly what they plan to do before they do it.
