Proceed taking your computer here with caution! This is hands down the WORST service I have ever received. I took my laptop into this location 3 times and each time it took weeks to get my laptop back and days to get a response on the status of my laptop. At first it took a month to replace an item and when I went to pick up my laptop they lost my charger, so they had to replace it. THEN I took it in for a similar issue and my laptop was returned to me weeks later, basically in the same condition. The last time I took in my laptop I told the owner not to fix it if the cost would be as much as purchasing a new laptop. They had it for another month… During this time I was told that parts had to be ordered. I finally had to demand them to return my laptop regardless of the condition. I took it somewhere else where it took them 10 minutes to tell me that my laptop had pretty much died and it would be best for me to get a new one. I will NEVER return to this business again.

Warning! RipOff!!! The guy who owns this place is named Kevin. Two weeks ago he sold me a cell phone and plan telling me the phone would arrive in 2 – 3 days. I pre-​paid for all of it. It’s been two weeks of avoiding my phone calls, pretending that he’s not in the shop, or when I do find him he has lame excuses, the reasons for which don’t line up. Today I went to the shop again and there was a woman with her child banging on his door. She told me he owes her husband several thousand dollars and refuses to pay, and when he does issue a check the bank won’t cash it. I had no reason not to believe her as her story was just more expensive version of my own. I left Kevin a message telling him I wanted my money back but he hasn’t responded, nor do I expect him to. I sort of wondered when I was in the shop how it was that he actually made a living, as he never seemed to be working. Now a know. Stay away unless you like someone stealing from you!
