Absolutely as good as it gets! Ryan did an amazing job on our carpets. We are very impressed with the quality of Ryan’s work. He even pre-​treated the stains. He was on time, very friendly, easy to reach, quick to respond and just perfect for what we needed.
Ryan is a man of many talents. Aside from carpet cleaning, he told us that he does design work, prints and distributes business cards in the desert all the way to Big Bear and Lake Havasu. He even offered to install our new ceiling fan. We will most definitely be calling him back to help with our carpets, business card and ceiling fan needs.

Wow! Very impressed. I had low expectations that anything could bring my rental homes’ grout back to presentable. My words were, «anything will be an improvement» I was shocked that my tile and grout literally looked like brand new. He did my tile floors, counters, and showers for a reasonable price. Job well done!

I just want to say thanks to Ryan for doing an amazingly gorgeous job on my couches. These things were disgustingly gross from all kinds of dog nastiness! He was friendly, respective, & was quick, & still did a fantastic professional job on these yucky things. He even came back a 2nd time within 24 hours of cleaning them, to touch them up, which we didn’t end up needing, these bad boys look brand new again!!! I can now lay my newborn baby down on them with comfort & confidence when he is born in about a month & a half, & not feel like he is going to pick up a communicable disease. Haha. I highly recommend him, & his company if you need any of his services. Hands down the best I’ve ever dealt with thus far in my life time!

I contacted Rauschenberg Restoration, received an immediate call back, and I was able to schedule a next day appointment. When Ryan arrived, he was professional, kind, and reasonably priced. He did an awesome job shampooing my minivan! I would ask him to do more work for me, and I would recommend his services to others.

5 of 5 for coming out for two different problems. I used this company to clean my carpets and then recommended them to a friend who had flooding in the laundry room. I would give them 5 out of 5 every time because they showed up on time and they stuck to their estimate and they did a fantastic job.

Not all carpet cleaning companies are created equal. As a general building contractor and property manager of my own properties I have used every carpet cleaning company in town. I have been disappointed with every one of them for one reason or another. I gave these guys a shot because they were offering an incredible deal and now I am a customer for life. Please do yourself a favor and don’t use the crapshoot method for trying to find a good carpet cleaning service. Just stick with the best Rauschenberg construction and restoration

As a vacation rental property manager, I am always looking for outside contractors to help maintain the overall look and cleanliness of our properties.
I used Rauschenberg for the first time to clean carpets on two of the properties and was extremely satisfied with their work and cleanliness.
Travis and Ryan were very responsive from the first phone call and throughout the entire project. They were on time, friendly, did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and priced right. I will defiantly use them again and again and highly recommend them to everyone.

They are by far THE BEST carpet cleaners I have ever had. I recently paid an arm and a leg for another place that didn’t do a good job, it never even looked like they cleaned them. Ryan was early because he knew I had class at a certain time. Quick & Efficient. My house had massive pet stains and they are all completely gone. I would highly recommend them & will be using them again. (& if you sign up on Facebook right now they are doing a $ 99 entire house deal)

The only reason they don’t get 5 stars is because:
1) they never returned my call until the day I needed them, then they couldn’t do it until 2 days later.
2) they were 15minutes late on appointment day
Good thing is they offered to beat the price I was quoted by another company.
