I had an issue with the price I was quotes and the actual metered cost when I got to my destination. Johnathan quickly addressed the problem and made it all better.
I would have given 5stars if not for that one hiccup.

I had previously gave BlackJack Taxi a poor review, but they’ve made changes so therefore I’ve recently used them and they’re awesome! The driver I use is Fidencio. He’s extremely friendly, has a great personality, and is very helpful. I highly recommend Black Jack Taxi for all you transportation needs while in South Lake Tahoe.

We used Kimmi Rose with Black Jack as our driver the entire weekend. She took us to bars, casinos and picked us up when we would call. She was always on time and always gave great conversation. I definitely recommend black jack and if you get the chance, request Kimmi as your driver.

This is my go to. Always friendly and decently priced. Being a local, I’ve taken just about every taxi company out here in tahoe. Black jack has the best drivers and friendliest rides. I will be using black jack forever!

Fast, super friendly service! I called for my party of 6 to head to the strip and was quoted 15 minutes. In 10 minutes, our driver, Charles, called to verify our pick up address and was there within minutes! We had THE BEST cab ride ever! Not only was Charles from the Bay Area like we were, he even played some Bay Area music to make us feel at home. He gave us his card so we could call him directly after our night, and he came within 15 minutes. Thank you Charles! We will definitely call when we are back in South Tahoe!
