We found Laura’s advertisement in our local paper for Mobile Pet Grooming as «The Pet Spa»
We scheduled an appointment to have our dog groomed at 8am Monday morning at our home. We made the appointment 7 days earlier. As Laura is looking to expand her business to Lithia — we were willing to accommodate her schedule with an early morning appointment.
We received a text message (no call) at 7:15am saying she had made a mistake in her calendar and was not coming.
Can not speak to her abilities as a groomer — only as a business person looking to expand her business in Fishhawk, Lithia.
Very irresponsible — avoid.
