The staff is very nice. The vet techs are great listeners. You will not meet the Vet. No one that works there will judge your love for your pet. Take your dog or cat. Don’t be in a hurry, this place is popular. They have low prices on expensive pet products. The place is non-​profit, so they try to keep their prices down. My 11 year old dog had a ear hematoma (sp) and the drain came out. Brought him back and they addressed the problem another way.

I was very pleased with the grooming and vet services. This is a nonprofit organization and they try to keep the prices lower then most. I had my dog groomed and had a heart worm test. The facility was clean and the staff was very professional. We come to Florida during the winter months and I plan on using this groomer and veterinary during that time. I am getting all her shots and updates here because the cost is much lower then in Ohio. Their grooming was excellent, I have taken my dog to several other groomers in the area and it took me a long time to get in and I was not satisfied with the results. My dog looked better then when I had used Pet Smart and it was $ 20.00 less for the same services. I recommend this place to any Pet owner.
