I only stumbled across this place when we were looking for a place to have a last minute family breakfast on a Sunday morning. A lot of places were already booked out. The interior is amazing. It looks as if its recently been face lifted and beautifully modernised. I love the coffee bean hoppers they have behind the front counter. Their colour scheme seems quite dim lighted and a little dark, but it all still works together well, and with a beautiful sunny day outside would light the place right up. The place wasn’t very full at 9:30am so we accomodatingly were given a table for 8 without a booking. The breakfast menu was quite limited and simple, with mostly Italian style offerings. There were several different types of dishes you could choose from on English muffins– like eggs benedict, salmon benedict, florantine. There were also criossants, big breakfast plates, and a yogurt, berries and muesli dish. Alot of my group had eggs benedict dishes. A couple had the big breakky style. I had a salmon benedict dish with added mushrooms and spinach, as the dish only came with salmon, eggs, aspagaras spears, hollandase sauce on an English muffin which was a little too simple for me. The waitress must have been quite new here as it turns out she didn’t realize there were two different benedict dishes, so when our dishes came out they were all salmon benedict dishes. You could imagine our confused faces. So my dish was the only one not taken back to the kitchen, and by the time the correct dishes starting coming I was almost done eating. My group were fairly forgiving in this predicament as we were in no rush at all. The meals were actually really nice. The eggs were done perfectly and oozed over the plate just as I like it. The spinach and mushrooms were cooked nicely and tasted delicious. One thing is I could have had a little less hollandase sauce, but I managed to eat around it. Everyone else has pleasant things to say about their breakfasts. We each also had a coffee and were very happy with what we received. One of my guests ended up having three by the end. When I also checked into this place on Unilocal I received a 25% off the total bill coupon, which was an added bonus. I did like this place. The waitresses were friendly and attentive, and I’m in love with the interior design, so I’ll definitely be making a return. Well done guys!

Cecciones north Adelaide. Avoid. Took family there and was embarrassed. Unfortunately gone downhill since I was there a year ago. First alarm bells went off when I saw place was nearly empty, but we had hungry kids and thought service would be speedy as only one other table taken when we arrived but was I wrong. Slow as and food tasted old and frozen. Kids spaghetti bowls were huge and they could only eat one third. Crab claw pasta was probably a death trap with a grey and old looking blue crab half sitting on top of lurid orange pasta. No one dared eat it. My steak tasted frozen and came with an odd assortment of Veges all of which tasted old and reheated. On the side was a piece of sweet corn which tasted like it had been boiled a few days ago. Felt sorry for the waitresses who were trying to make up for the terrible cooking. Saw the cooks dressed in hoodies and talking on their mobiles. Couldn’t call them chefs. Waitress claimed they had all beers except boutique ones, but t hey didn’t have cascade premium. Even the coopers pale tasted old and flat.
