The Deli On Pultney

We were looking for somewhere decent for breakfast on Sunday and there wasn’t alot open. This place had people so a quick perusal of the menu saw some good options, so we decided to stop in. The vegie omlette was fantastic, I paired it with a banana crème smoothie — fantastic! My companion decided on a coffee and the banana cinnamon porridge — this was also superb. Price was cheap for the quality and the service… I can’t reccomend this place highly enough.
the staff were all very friendly and we complimented Judy on the presentation and cleanliness as we chatted before regretfully leaving to continue our day.
If I lived in Adelaide, this would be a regular stop for me, cannot reccomend highly enough.

Nice simple wine list, delicious foccacias (I recommend the #1) and wonderfully personable staff who allowed me to order 5 minutes before closing without fuss. An oasis in the heart of the CBD, I recommend this joint for simple, solo snacking.

Eggs, toast and Aussie bacon for $ 12. Delicious! I’ll come back to Australia just for the bacon!

This is a really nice little spot to have a coffee or hot chocolate. I’ve had both on different occasions, and both times I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of both the product that I ordered and the friendliness of the staff.
There’s a few tables if you’ve got time to sit down, and apparently they’ve got a wifi connection, but I’m not sure if it’s free or not, as I didn’t have the time to reconfigure my phone to check it out.
I’ll be going back again next time I’m nearby and in need of a hot drink.
