Brian Parker — the ‘Cobbler’ is very helpful and genial. He cuts keys, mends shoes and also doubles as an agent for dry cleaning. Business shirts are $ 3 each and there are discounted rates for multiple items such as suits and trousers. The dry cleaners don’t always get it right but I have a soft spot for Brian and the picture his granddaughter drew for him that is stuck to the wall near the cash register always makes me smile
