From check in to check out this hotel was everything you want in short stay accommodation. Well appointed rooms, free breakfast and wine hour. Sensational service in a brilliant location, thank you Hougoumont I will be back

Great for a short stay.
Easy check-​in and out and centrally located.
Customer Service: the staff were all really nice and full of information. When sitting having a drink in the reception area they came and asked if we wanted more. The reception area also has computers available for use, bottled water and coffee all free of charge.
Cleanliness: the hotel and rooms were all clean and well maintained.
Rooms: the room was like a cabin on a ship which is what the hotel is modeled after. While it was small, the bathroom had been well thought out so there was space for everything. There is no sitting area in the room but the reception area has a variety of chairs/​tables for you to relax at. I would not recommend staying here for more than a few nights as it will feel cramped. The bed was a bit too firm for me.

This is a great hotel with a fantastic vibe. The staff are friendly and fun. Drinks in the afternoon are always a treat. Modern lobby and lounge area. Good rooms, clean and new. If touring in Perth its well worth checking into Freo for a couple of days.
