Great beach… skip Bondi and come here. Lots of restaurants and the equivalent of a dollar store with cheap souvenirs as well as other things.
Rent some lounge chairs and chill, watch kids learn to surf and boogeyman board… and tan that fish belly while you get your ‘perve on’…

Great location right next to the other beach view curbside dining places (manly grill, nex & co, fish shack, rid & rump, and whitewater) comes Manly Beach Club. Three cute little waitresses are looking very busy but it took me about 10 minutes to get a menu (already knew why I wanted… fish and chips) and it took another 20 minutes or so before the food arrived.
This may not be such a bad thing since you don’t expect great food and service on this street… just great people watching and for that it does deliver.
So the three stars are here because you won’t get rushed to leave. Ahhh… my fish and chips have finally arrived!
