I love Crumpler. Sure, the bags may feel a little expensive but did you know they come with a lifetime warranty? When one of my favourite backpack straps started coming apart a little at the seam I asked them if anything could be done about it. Having used it easily 3 – 4 times a week for the last year to lug around my laptop and daily bits and pieces, I figured it was just wear and tear and probably my own fault! Instead of telling me this, they simply said they would send it of to be fixed and gave me a loan backpack to use until it came back two weeks later good as new. Win! Consider these bags an investment because not only will you get those free fixes when needed, but they will still look good years later.

I have a small(its actually large) obsession with Crumpler bags. The problem with them though they are SO good, you cant wear them out quick enough to justify buying a new one. Anyway… the time had come for me to head down and buy a new bag in preparation for an upcoming holiday. With the Little Bourke St store being the closest to my work, I headed down there to make my choice. The staff are great, easy going and most of all helpful. I was in an out fairly quickly and they even through in a carabiner clip for me that had come off another bag and they no longer needed. They have most, if not all the Crumpler range in this small store and you can be in and out with your new shiny in no time. Crumpler gear isn’t cheap, but its not overly expensive either… but the quality is second to none and they are an Australian(and Melbourne) company, so I like to support the local talent.

Only a small store and a bit hard to find but well worth the effort. Large range, well stocked and friendly staff.
