I’m just going to move into Wolf lane and live there. I like this place a lot. We all had breakfast here(with coffee) and one of us just had a healthy dessert and coffee. All the coffees were lovely. Everyone loved their breakfasts. My breakfast wrap with actual bacon –eek — naughty! was really delicious! You can get almond milk which always makes me super happy. Great little café, was getting super busy towards lunch, but still had a great vibe and didn’t feel too busy. Did I mention how much I love Wolf Lane? Such a cool location. Just love all the cool street art and the number of Café choices. We will return… As the coffee and temptation of their lovely donuts has won me… Although the Secret Garden is calling me!

Nice place, I like the location and the name… The street art on the adjacent walls are really cool(love streetart). The food is quite good there and reasonably priced. The coffee is good. Maybe this is just because I’m pregnant and therefore more sensitive than usual but I don’t like feeling like I am treated like a random ticket… The only downside about my experience about this place is how the person at the register behaved with people, apathy is a defining word that comes to mind. The person barely looked at me, I felt rushed and didn’t offer to give me a docket. Anyway, it might’ve been a bad day for him or maybe I just didn’t inspire any kindness or human interaction who knows.

Wonderful little café away from the hustle and bustle on Hay street, it is tucked away in an arcade. Good coffee and plenty of vegan food options.

This place will be my downfall. It’s not even convenient to me and yet I seem to find excuses to come back time and time again. Definitely makes the city seem more appealing as a work location. They offer fresh, healthy all handmade lunches like wraps, salad and also lunchboxes which have usually a main and a salad. Some mains I have had include the stuffed sweet potato, open sweet potato pie, beetroot patties. I have also had the hamburger wrap(so yes you can bring your carnivorous friend along too) and the pumpkin and feta wrap which were both finger licking good. This is my favourite lunch spot, please come and try and feel free to start a petition for another one to open in Mount Lawley where I live. Would be much appreciated.

Fresh and healthy food that looks great when you walk in. Staff are really friendly too. I usually bring my own lunch to work but I forgot today so was looking around for something that suited my diet/preferences(largely paleo or as healthy as possible with an occasional Sunday night treat thrown in :)). This place is damn good I enjoyed my lunch hour by having a beetroot pattie with a side salad and sat in the comfy little corner just inside the door. Will be my regular place when I haven’t made my own lunch.

For those who work from home or perhaps don’t work at all, it is easy to labour with love in the kitchen preparing all your food from scratch. When I have time to do this myself, I gain great satisfaction knowing every ingredient I put in my food. However for those like myself who work long hours and often in places where there are no hip cafes with raw, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free options, it is easy to resort to eating less healthy meals. The Wolf The Bean The Walnut is a new café that has opened up on Wolf Lane in Perth City offering healthy food whilst accommodating for us with specific dietary requirements. I love their«Flu Tonic» juice; it’s fructose friendly option made with lemon, ginger and spinach. It is a relief to find somewhere I can get a take away juice without having to ask for the apple to be omitted! They offer both toasted and gluten free options for their granola which is then topped with dairy free coconut yoghurt. Although I have not excluded dairy from my diet completely, I do try to avoid it as it flares up my eczema quite severely so that I scratch my fingers until they are red raw. It was comforting to see there are a number of dairy free alternatives on their breakfast menu for allergic intolerants like me.

Laneway coffee stop, notable for a good arrangement of red(caffeine free) coffees, almond milk, gluten free food etc. they have a good system for ordering your coffee ahead of time via an app; and the food is nice enough if you are in the area. The seating is good considering the small space and the staff have always appeared to be friendly and patient even when the place is under a mad rush at lunchtime. Worth a visit especially if you have certain dietary requirements as they have more options than most cafes to cater for you.

I used to go here when it was the Bucket, the WBW is just as good. The lunchboxes are a great idea for city workers, a bit on the pricey side at $ 12.50 a pop, but delicious and different enough from the standard café fare that I didn’t feel ripped off. My beetroot and sweet potato ball was accompanied by a really yummy kale salad — healthy food abounds here, although there are a selection of yummy sweet treats as well. Staff are very friendly and I had a beetroot based juice that was delicious and refreshing.

Do NOT get the falafel salad. Consisting of some dry falafel balls, grated carrot and beetroot, 2 cherry tomatoes, some spinach and a dollop of hummus for $ 15!!! It was bland and overpriced, not impressed at all. Eating healthy doesn’t mean comprising on flavour, it just requires a bit more imagination and creativity.

Great coffee and location, cute little café. Noticed that they have some smoothies and juices on the list that I will have to go back and try.

The Wolf, The Bean, The Walnut is a lively little café which attracts a lot of regulars every morning. The café has so much to offer, it runs the gamut of paleo, gluten free and vegan choices. There are also delicious, sinful treats for those not restricted by their diets. Also, one can choose from a range of teas, excellent coffee, smoothies and fresh juices. Mention must be made of the fabulous hazelnut scroll they have on offer. It is so delicious, you will want to have one daily with your coffee! You can choose to get half a scroll or a full one, but follow my lead and just indulge in the whole one! Since the warmer weather is upon us, they have introduced the power bowls, which are a perfect choice for lunch. The live nachos power bowl will certainly put some huff and puff in your day! It worked for me!!! The staff are on point and extremely pleasant. I usually call in on my way to work, but there is plenty of seating if you have the time to dine in. The Wolf, The Bean, The Walnut has a lovely modern feel to it(after its recent revamp) with just a hint of fairytale whimsy, so forget The Wolf of Wall Street, come check out The Wolf of Wolf Lane!!!

Thewbw is located at the back of Wolf Lane. It previously operated under ‘The Bucket café’, but I think I prefer this new name and layout. Café is light and airy with pops of bright yellow. There are freshly baked muffins available every day and got some healthy breakfast and lunch options available: Breakfast bowls– chia seed pudding and granola, breakie burger, coffee and tea, juices and smoothies, bagels, salads and wraps. There is quite alot of competition surrounding– Cheeky Sparrow, the Secret Garden and the CR café however this place always has a crowd. What drew me in was the outdoor seating which is great to soak up some Vit D and the morning cheer of the staff and friendly service.
