I came here for my lunch because I love chocolate SO much! It’s such a cute place with lots of seating! I had the milk hot chocolate made with soy milk and the molten lava cake. The hot chocolate was absolutely delicious! But my lava cake was so-so. It was pretty dry, and it wasn’t very hot. The presentations of both dishes were great, though. And the workers are very friendly!

Went here on a groupon $ 20 for a chocolate platter &2 hot chocolates. Value for money was amazing and we rolled out of there in a chocolate induced coma. If I am honest I don’t know if I would go back & pay full price but that is because I have a lot of other dessert places I like. Defs worth a look though if you have a sweet tooth.

I love my Lindt. I love it so much I thought I would make up a poem. Only for you Unilocal. This café is small with tables outside You have chocolates, drinks, desserts and more chocolate Don’t open the chocolates before you pay for them, rules you must abide I don’t know anything that rhymes with chocolate! The poem isn’t really working for me, so I might just write like a normal person… this place smells of heavenly chocolate, and has lots and lots of flavours of chocolate lindt truffles, the special flavours you can’t buy in other places that sell Lindt. The chocolate deserts are scrumptious, but I highly recommend the macarons, how could you resist these tasty little suckers. Knowing you will leave here on a sugar high, will definetely make your day.

I get a coffee here most mornings and its all ok. I find the staff can change alot and dont have the best customer service skills which is a shame. Choc is also more pricey than it would be at supermarkets but its still nice for a sweet treat.

I came here because I’m a huge fan of the Lindt Chocolat Café over on Collins Street and my friends and I passed by Southgate Complex for some dessert. Those noobs went over to Trampoline while I walked into Lindt Chocolat Café and they have absolutely no clue what glorious desserts they were missing out on. And my friend had the nerve to take a bite of his gelato and tell me that I made the wrong decision. Ohohoho~ Cookies and Cream Ice Cream with Hot Fudge drizzled on top and 3 delicious macarons. I most definitely did not make a wrong decision. The Ice Cream had the perfect flavour and consistency not to mention brilliantly complimented the fudge. The macarons were absolutely delicious, but were a bit too pricey for what they were worth I think but that’s okay. Overall, Lindt Chocolat Café is cheap, but a bit more expensive than other dessert spots you’ll find in Melbourne. However, they don’t skimp on the quality so definitely treat yourself to Lindt every once in a while.

Just opened last Friday, although the outdoor seating area is not open as yet; it will be great when this happens. The entrance is inviting and sparkling, yet there is a bit of disappointment as you enter the establishment. The chocolate is tempting, however your much better off financially buying Lindt chocolate in any supermarket around Melbourne looking at the price tags. It is small and crowded(the latter would be expected for being the first day of opening) although the small layout is disappointing; and it was nice to have been given a two for one drinks voucher and one of their Lindor balls on the house. The staff are friendly, yet the prices can be a little over the top. Their iced and hot chocolates(milk varieties) are to die for, enjoy and experience at least once. Decided to give their ice cream a go. One scoop is $ 7 here, so again a bit pricey — you would be better off heading to nearby Calatrava or Baci. Tried their Black Forest ice cream; it was filling and did leave a bitter Lindt dark chocolate aftertaste in my mouth. Sorry guys, however I am not coming back here in a hurry.
