Good food, quick service. You have 360 views of the Gold Coast at Surfers Paradise, quite the stunning view if there’s no overcast. This place is definitely a tourist trap but it’s the main attraction of the area so do it. If you’re too chicken to do the building climb like me, the views from inside are sufficient, plus you can see the brave souls descend after their climb is complete on the opposite side. I ate the sticky BBQ buffalo wings with fries and salad. Pretty good but very expensive at 22AUD or $ 16. Good thing I brought my own water. Whew. Free WiFi available, and since I’ve been here for going on 3 hours, I’m going to assume it’s not limited like most other places that offer it in the area. Plenty of seating and photo opps inside. Recommended.

Popped up to enjoy a drink and the view, only to find clouds obscuring nearly all sides. Still a great place to get a drink and take in some live music.

Situated in the observation deck of Skypoint, Seventy7 ensures this place feels as much a cool bar as it does a tourist hot spot. Drinks are a touch pricier than down on ground level, but you expect that. Staff were nice, and will bring cocktails to your table.

I was highly impressed with the food here. I chose the salt and pepper squid for lunch, I’m really fussy when it comes to seafood so was skeptical however I was pleasantly surprised. The squid was cooked to perfection, the batter was really nice and not too heavy. The beer battered chips were amazing and the presentation of the food was great. The price was great value especially considering the quality and quantity of food you can get.

I would have given 5 stars, but I got here at 9:30& the kitchen was already closed! Come on… Who closes at 9:30 Friday night… Only in Australia… Unbelievable views but no late night dining option… Bs! This used to be the tallest residential building until 2005. A one time must see!

The amazing views are compensation for a fairly ordinary dining experience. The buffet breakfast was not extensive and in my opinion, calling it a buffet is stretching things a bit. Our table had a mix of buffet and food from the menu. The menu food was more well received. I suspect if this place was located 77 floors down(ie ground level) it would be pretty forgettable. But yes, the views are incredible — especially on a clear day — and the photographic displays of the old Gold Coast are really interesting.

Views naturally awe inspiring. I had the Berry Smoothie, very nice. Relaxing ambience. Service good from staff. Music a bit too loud for background.
