Authentic as it gets. I am from Brazil and I can say that is the best Brazilian restaurant in Australia. Really nice side dishes to go with the BBQ meats. Great atmosphere! is all you can eat and the caipirinha is so good! Side dishes includes rice, beans, cheese bread, polenta, manioc chips, chips, salads, mash… The place was super busy when I went on a Saturday night but the staff was attentive and friendly, I would recommend to book ahead. You have to try the Brazilian rump«picanha»!

Fantastic combination of sensational food and wonderful service which transported us to another world and culture. All the staff were knowledgeable on the cultural connection to each dish they were serving and the food was very tasty. Great menu option with fixed price for meat meat meat and meat and any sides you wished to have as accompaniment.

If your man *loves* meat, this is the place to go. I agree to come here because the Brazillian wines are pretty good. I like their wine glasses too(in comparison to other mainstream restaurants). I gave it 3 stars because I always feel ridiculously fat for days afterwards(I’m a woman)

Everything I tried was great! All meats had great flavor. If your favorite type of meat or meat cooked to your liking isn’t coming out, just ask for it. They will do all possible to accommodate what you are looking for and are happy to explain the different options. The assortment of unlimited side items was nice compared to some Brazilian restaurants I’ve been to.

The traditional churrasca was magnificent. Yes, your wallet will lose a significant portion of its mass — but when you’re served fifteen different cuts of seven different animals, your primal instincts will take hold and erase the concept of money from your mind. The Brazilian dancers and drummers will prove to excite your senses in much the same way…

We tend to end up at the bar here after work on a Friday as its slightly quieter than the other places nearby and the beer selection is good. The food is also fantastic. Be warned though… this place is a temple of meat. Vegetarians need not apply. You pay your money and its an all you can eat deal. You get unlimited side dishes of which there is a huge variety, but the real focus is the BBQ. This is meat heaven. Waiters walk around with huge lumps of meat on skewers and carve you off a hunk as they pass your table. All sorts of meat, from chicken hearts(really… try them. they are really nice) to… to… too many cuts of meat to name. And they are all lovely. Beautifully cooked, tender and super tasty. They also have skewers of bbq pineapple(mmmmm) and bbq haloumi cheese. Be warned, this is not a cheap eat but looked at longer term, this will save you money. You will eat so much meat that you will eat nothing but salad for the next week thus saving money on groceries. Even my teenage son was completely meated out and refused dessert. If you have big eaters to cater for, this is a really good deal. If you have people who eat like sparrows, not so much. All that and its a great place for a sneaky after work drinky. What’s not to like.

Some really delicious selections like flank steak here and a nice location on the harbor. Sides are good too. Went here for business lunch so don’t have a view on the cost, probably fairly expensive. There wasn’t a ton a variety, but I didn’t mind as the meal was so yummy.

Third time here last night and was pretty disappointed. The meat came very slow and out of sequence, we pretty much got the same meat round and round again and again. Then some waiters would just skip our table all together! Is that was churrasco is all about? Skipping tables and serving the same meat? The waiters spilled sauce, water and drinks on our jackets and they didn’t seem to care! They said a sorry and then rushed to take the dirty dishes to set up for the next round. Come on man. Which made me think, what’s more important, clearing tables for the next session or ensuring customers are being looked after? Highly disappointed and most likely won’t be back again.

Looking for a place to eat in Darling Habor, craving something different then I suggest you try Braza. My friends and I stumbled upon this during lunch and the food was amazing. The service was good, a tad difficult to get the waiters attention sometimes. We chose to sit outside, and it was great to enjoy a great ambiance and good food. From their lunch menu I definitely recommend the: Chicken thigh Lamb rump w/mashed potatoes Can’t wait to go back and sample more delicious goodies on the menu.

Hello, Meat Sweats? Can I make a reservation for 4? — Of course you may. What would you like to order? I’d like to order the feeling a Tyrannosaurus Rex feels during the first bite of a fresh kill after starving for a week. — Oh we can do that. What else would you like? I’d also like to keep ordering until I start sweating profusely, like a marathon runner about to cross the finish line, followed by stomach cramps from the workout I’ve given my stomach and feelings of regret due to how gluttonous I’ve been. — Perfect. We will have your table ready and your night prepared just as you wish. *Order side dishes immediately to get the food coming, and also note that you don’t have to wait until the servers come by with meat to get served, you can request meats as you wish.

I went the Braza with 11 people on a Saturday night. We got put into the back room which had 3 tables in it, away from all the other tables in the main section. we were a little bummed because we were away from all the dancing and constant flow of food. But we were proven wrong for the first 20 minutes with food flowing in And out non stop! But after it stopped for a bit less than an hour. After asking and asking the flow of food started to pick up and then to our surprise the dancers and drummers came into this small room and started playing the drums and getting people to get up and dance! It was a lot of fun! Besides the original issues with service the food and atmosphere is amazing at Braza in the darling quarter. The wait staff were helpful land energetic and always had smiles on their faces. Good food, good people, good atmosphere.

Don’t judge me! I went here on a Friday night. I met up with friends the following Saturday for lunch… and it was here, too. Totally unplanned. I’m not a pig. I promise. I’d heard rave reviews about this place and was NOT disappointed! I love meat. Love, love, love it. Tip #1: order sides so you can get food. My friends and I were sitting… waiting… wondering why the people with meat skewers were ignoring us. :(Did we smell? Was it our clothes? We had those little wooden things that signalled how we were feeling(yes — pause — no) and they were all set to yes(green side up.) But why were we being ignored? Called over a waiter and found out the problem — we hadn’t ordered sides yet. Wish our waitress had explained it to us, boo. But anyway, we ordered sides and soon meat skewers came to our table aplenty! Tip #2: order LOTS of sides. They give sides in these little bowls but guess what! They’re unlimited. They have a fair variety, so it’s good to try ‘em all and just ask for repeats for the ones you like best. They were all yummy but we especially liked these: — tomato salsa — yellow rice — polenta chips — crumbed banana(good as a dessert… hehe) Tip #3: ask for more. More of your favorite, that is. It’s tempting to just grab whatever meat that comes around. But once you have faves, you can ask them for it. Save stomach space for your faves. There WILL be more. After the meat started coming, we were fairly happy. One thing I noticed though… sometimes it’s a bit hard to catch the waiters’ attention. They use iPhones(I *think*) to keep track of orders so most of the time they’re tapping things into their phones and not really paying attention. Otherwise, an absolute place to go to if you want to stuff yourself silly with awesomely marinated meat. Mmm. Typing this made me hungry again.

SOMUCHMEAT!!! So what happens is that the waiters have all these different skewers of meat and they come by your table and offer it and you eat as much as you want. For me the highlights were the pork belly, the chicken and the grilled pineapple. Don’t miss the grilled pineapple! It’s so, so yummy. The staff were all super nice, very hospitable, warm and friendly. Also, try the sauces! I was a little disappointed that they didn’t have more Brazilian beers on offer. My friend told me the 2 choices they had weren’t good ones, so I didn’t try them. Would definitely come here again!

Everything from the service right through to the food was superb. We didn’t have a reservation on a Saturday night yet they managed to get us a table by going through the effort of reshuffling some bookings. The food was beautiful. Sides were plentiful and the meat incredibly tender for the cuts they use. Very good value for money, and we will be going back!

COMEHUNGRY. I was naïve and did not know what this place was about when I showed up for dinner. What I should have done was fast for a week before turning up so that I could try each of the 24 skewers and one of each of the 10+ sides. Not that I had any space left in my stomach but after 3 hours, we only saw maybe 10 different types of skewers come by. We had pig back, pig ribs, pig belly, and probably other parts of the pig but it just so happened the chicken never came by our table until… we paid the bill! There’s definitely a system to the meat rotation but I couldn’t figure it out. Surprisingly, a couple of my favorite dishes were the cassava chips and the roasted pineapple with cinnamon — go figure.

Best all-you-can-eat restaurant in Sydney. The meats are extremely tender and tasty(especially the beef and the lamb), and the sides are plentiful and varied. The cassava flour is sensational with the meats. Also, be sure to try some of the roasted pineapple when it comes around. It is the juiciest, most delicious pineapple you will ever eat. Apart from the cassava flour, the sides I always order are the yellow rice, the potato salad, the tomato salsa and the Brazilian chillies. Service is friendly and attentive. If you order a dessert, steer clear of the Brazilian pavlova. The meringue is way too tough and has the consistency of chewing gum.

OK folks, I am first to admit that I am a carnivore through and through. I have done churrasco in many many places here and overseas, and the quality varies terrifically, but one thing in common — lots of great meat! Seriously, they should give you a free colonic irrigation voucher as part of the deal. Braza is a great place for a group to go and enjoy a good night out. There is something for everyone on the menu(although of course vegetarians will struggle!) and the never ending stream of meat and unlimited side dishes will be sure to keep you nibbling long past your Full level. Be prepared, peeps, take some Quickeze with you or have it ready at home! The seafood is a little lacking here compared to other such places, but acceptable. If you go towards the end of the week they generally have some live entertainment, of varying quality but consistent enthusiasm. Service is alike all things Brazilian, pretty relaxed, but adequate. The wine list is a bit understocked and overpriced, but again should be something for everyone, and the mojitos, caphrihanas and other assorted South American cocktails are stunning. Well worth several visits in my opinion! Set menu makes it perfect for groups but small and/or fussy eaters may complain.

I have been here twice now and I still don’t rate this Braza as well as it’s counterpart in Leichardt! Service is a bit slow, if you are sitting outside during the dinner service, don’t expect to get that much variety of meat because you are forgotten. The first time I went here, we were seated outside and didn’t get very much food at all! The second time I chose to sit inside and there were waiters at our table every 30 seconds! The meat is somewhat lacking in flavour, I found it all ended up tasting the same or similar and a little too red for my liking. The garlic prawns are fantastic, so is the grilled haloumi cheese! I think the $ 47 is not worth it for what you get, but you are really paying for the experience.

If you’re up for a night of meat, meat, meat, you should definitely visit Braza. It’s a premium Brazilian Barbecue restaurant that’s all you can eat(need I say more?). They have a wide variety of meats that all taste so good(the lamb is cooked perfectly and melts in your mouth) that you’ll have a hard time saying no to the waiters serving you the different meats. The price for all you can eat is good value for money because you leave the place stuffed to the gills, happy and content. So all you carnivores out there, come and get your meat fix here!
