Signed a new lease with Justin, Easy to deal with, friendly and helpful. Had a couple of issues with the apartment when we moved in and were surprised at how quick he organised everything. As landlords ourselves, we may look at changing across based on our experience,

This company is probably great for property owners(as long as they value short term income over long term care of their properties) but awful for tenants. It takes weeks, months to get even simple maintenance request acknowledged, must less actually fixed. When things do get fixed, it is always the cheapest possible method. I have found it easier to simply do the work myself. And this is at a property that is generating some serious income; all tenants deserve to be treated well but if they cannot even respond to this residence’s issues, I shudder to think how they treat, for example, student renters. If you’re looking to lease a place, go elsewhere.

Heads up Beller– Your rental agents are smug and condescending, but they really can’t hold a candle to the rude and«holier than thou» receptionists you have representing the face of your company. Your receptionist tried to get me to sign off on a blank bond return form. The same government form that specifically says not to sign it until an amount is filled out. Its the same as asking me to sign a blank cheque. And when i refused, she gave me attitude, and purposefully kept me waiting for 20 minutes. Eyerolls, bitching behind the counter, pathetic behaviour. Maybe you’d care to explain to her that without renters, she wouldnt have a job? Well Im sure if you fire her, she can always go back to whatever highly qualified position she held beforehand. Oh… no wait…
