Restaurant & Bar Tarragona

Lunched here after a trip up the Donauturm. It was pretty basic but decent. Atmosphere was lacking. They were just playing some radio station in the back ground. Nice to look out across the park. There was Wifi but it wasn’t showing up on my phone.
