One of my favorites! They have nice food, good selection of beers and coffees, and a super nice environment. It’s also a nice touch that you can serve yourself with tap water, and they even add some syrup you can add to it, if you like.

We came in because it’s suppose to be famous. The deserts are pretty darn good but the service is snotty and awful. Staff constantly looked annoyed by tourists and couldn’t be bothered with requests as simple as where one should sit. Yes the cake is nice but not worth the attitude.

Many people say that you would find the best Apfelstrudel of Vienna in this place… I had a lukewarm, tough piece, drowned in lukewarm, synthetic-tastning vanillasauce without any signs of vanilla dots. A quite boring experience. Though the plain ice coffee was good, the service was arrogant and non-existing.
