I went to Kaiser to get a mammogram it been a week and I still have pain. Saba the mammogram technician was extremely rude and left me with a lot of pain. I been getting mammograms every year from other places not Kaiser never felt the pain that I have right now.

Still waiting after 3 hours for prescription to be approved at the Deer Valley Pharmacy. Pharmacist can’t get a hold of the phone doctor for the clearance. ??? Wasn’t it prescribed prior the approval therefore that would be the clearance? Ridiculous system.

Epic Care

Do not trust these people! My father was left in an MRI and everyone was closing up to go home when he wandered out looking for help. Doors were locked and his caretaker could not get in to get him. Awful!
