Kaiser Permanente Delta Fair Medical Offices

I went to Kaiser to get a mammogram it been a week and I still have pain. Saba the mammogram technician was extremely rude and left me with a lot of pain. I been getting mammograms every year from other places not Kaiser never felt the pain that I have right now.

Had my appointment yesterday. My experience in the women’s health building was great. Dr. Willoughby and Jackie deserve 5 stars. If you make an appointment, definitely make it with her! It was the best ob/​gyn appointment I’d ever had and I normally hate them.
However, my experience in the adult medicine center was a whole other story. A nurse was supposed to check my eyes because I had pink eye so that I could get some eyedrops from the pharmacy. She ends up calling in a doc, who looked at me real quickly and wrote my rx. Long story short, they charged me for a doc. Office visit. If they would have told me that, I would have waited to make a real appt. Where I could have talked about my other issues too. Now I have to make another appt for my other issues and pay another hefty Co pay. Not happy about that :(

i’m still in the adult medicine waiting to get checked. The lady in the Middle of the adult medicine is rude. The african american lady was STILL talking to her and she badically snub her coworker when she was the one that asked for help.
Anyway my appointment was for 2:50 and we go here around 2:35 to check in. It is currently 3:45. Smh
This has been one of the worst things ever I’ve experienced here.

I called my prescription in on a Thursday and came in on the following Monday. I waited a hour and thirty five minutes just to get to the counter. Then I was told they were going to «look» for it. Twenty minutes later I get called up and they have my prescription. This is a outrageous wait time for a phoned in prescription.

This pharmacy sucks. The lines are always long. I went in on my lunch and was in line for 30 min. The cashiers have no sense of urgency. I work in customer service and know that the customers perception is everything. They may want to invest in a partition so customers don’t see all that is going on.

I wish I could give 0 stars! I made an obgyn appointment for 11:45. The day b4 the office called and confirmed my appointment. I was running a lil late and I didn’t get there until 11:55. Dr. King refused to see me bc the office was closing at 12 for lunch. WTF!!! I have NEVER been to a Kaiser that closed for lunch. Not only did the lady NOT tell me which building I was supposed to go too she also didn’t mention to tell me that the office would be closed at noon. 1^st of all why would you book an appointment for 11:45 if the office closes at 12. 2^nd, you refuse to see me and tell me I need to reschedule, REALLY! The should have told me which building to come too and they should have warned me that the office closed at 12 for lunch.

Their administration is absolutely horrible. I just called to get a copy of my prescription and the administration just hung up on me. I am glad I no longer have Kaiser for optometry services and I have VSP instead. Your customer service sucks and your supervisor should be aware of it. Otherwise, I enjoyed working with Dr. ABOUTALEBI who was really nice. She was the only reason this facility received another star.

Dr. Matel is excellent, he listens and cares, I’m not happy that his office did not schedule the appt that they called me for regarding my annual check up, and I agreed to so when I showed up they said I didn’t have a appt I was very upset but the assistant got me seen right then. Thank you!

If you value your loved ones… skip this place. it will kill them. My mom was here for hip replacement surgery, after she woke up from the recovery room she saw a nurse trying to put a 4 hour old blood bag into her I.V. that had been sitting under the hospital bed, not in cold storage. Recently awoken, slightly delusional from the medication, she managed to stop the nurse from killing her. Appearanlty common sense is a luxury for some.

This facility is very small compared to the Santa Clara/​Homestead hospital. At least, the staff was friendly and helpful.

A couple of years ago I was at work when I got a scratch on the eyeball, I wanted to die… over my lifetime I have had broken bones and various illnesses,
NEVER has anything hurt as bad as that eye injury
Well no health insurance sucks but this was a work comp thing so I went to the nearest place I could, this was it.
Went into the urgent care, they saw me real quick and sent me to the optometry dept.
Didn’t take very long to be seen, got a little numbing cream put in my eye, felt so good, getting the pain relief 2 minutes after walking in was great,
it did take 45 minutes to see the doc for treatment, not to bad for a walk in from the urgent care office.
Everyone was pleasant and professional, this was a positive experience
One thing I really liked is the pharmacy, damn quick service, filled both prescriptions in under 10 minutes.
Parking is a bit of an issue, had to circle the parking lot 3 times till I finally said screw it,
just parked and walked to where I needed to go… when it was time to go I had to go searching for my car, I guess if I went here regularly It would be easier to find my way around…
When you do go here expect to do a lot of walking, it isn’t a hospital; it is a long skinny building that has been added onto over the years
Located on Delta Fair in Antioch, right across from the Somersville Towne Center, next to Delta bowl
Makes me wish I had Kaiser health insurance

I recommend Dr. Birenbaum as a gyno.
Very professional, friendly and knowledgable.
