I don’t know this Omar guy, but I doubt if he has much banking experience. Clearly First Republic is unique and totally service oriented. Not only is it NOT the worst bank ever… it is one of the very BEST ever.

This branch always gives me a hard time about everything…They make you not even want to bank with Wells Fargo…They are very racist and their customer service is very poor…

This is the worst financial institution. Lacks real customer service. The worst phone voice recognition system. Took me 9 minutes to get to a live representative. Puts a hold on my despots for 10 days. I cannot do business this way. Go to a real bank if you want business done right.

This is THE WORST bank on the planet!!! NO tellers. 27 people standing around doing NOTHING… WHEN you DO get to a teller they are BEYOND rude. I use this as a secondary cash deposit only bank BECAUSE they DESTROYED a mortgage for me. THEY SUCK! STAY away. INCOMPETENT. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!
