Wells Fargo Bank

This is a great bank with great leadership. I live in Sherman Oaks and have plenty of other Wells Fargo locations that are closer to me but continue to frequent this location because of teller mananger Jonathan Gillespie and his team of tellers.
They work amazingly as a team, no matter who I go to. Assistant managers Stephanie and Jennifer are just as great as they are very much a part of the reason I continue to choose this location. I pretty much have to list all the tellers (Alla, May, Anthony, Eden, Esmeralda, Yovanna, Rose, please excuse if I have missdd anyone) because they all do a fantastic job. Other branches I have gone to I would have favorites because the customer service would differ per bank teller. Not this branch. They are all my favorite and they truly come together as a team to help me with my specific business needs. They save me so much time by going the extra mile for me. Thank you to Jonathan and every one there. I would say promote them all but then they’d be working other locations so I guess they just need raises!

Yesterday I went in to make a deposit ($ 2100 cash and a check). I accidentally wrote $ 2000 on my deposit statement (this was purely out of habit because my deposits are normally $ 2000 in cash…). My cash was run through the automatic cash counting machine, it was not turned towards me to see the total nor did the teller recount my money in front of me. When I realized my mistake and yes, I realize this is my fault I called the bank and spoke to a manager. She said that the teller balanced his drawer and was not over. I also mentioned that my printed receipt said «loose currency $ 100» I was told this is the quantity of bills that was deposited. It in fact was not because I had 100’s, 50’s and 20’s, my deposit was under 100 bills.
I went back to the branch this morning and spoke again to the manager and showed her my receipt. And again explained the situation. I was told nothing can be done because the teller balanced. I asked about the automatic counter and if it prints receipts. She first said that the printer was not working then stopped and said well other tellers use that machine as well. I asked about the cameras that are pointed at the windows she said it would not be able to show what the amount was on the machine. In regards to my receipt with the $ 100 loose currency I was told that was a printing error… convenient. That error needs to be fixed because it looks like there was a $ 100 that was not accounted for nor was it handed back to me!!!
I guess I should have asked to speak to someone above her but I was just too upset. $ 100 may not be a lot to this branch but it is to me.
COUNT and RECOUNT your money before making any deposit at this branch. I should have been more careful… but I am 100% positive that I deposited $ 2100.

Favorite Wells Fargo location! Everyone is very nice and they know how to treat a customer.

I absolutely love this Wells Fargo location! The bankers, tellers, officers & everyone there are always so helpful and welcoming. Not to mention they open the door for you when you come in and out (which is the least of my worries but it’s always a plus.) I recently got my wallet stolen and they did everything they could to help me replace them and cancel my old ones. They even gave me a temp card. All I can say is this location has to be my favorite. They always greet you and are very kind from the moment you walk in til the moment you walk out.

Great bank location one of wells fargo’s best! Very clean east parking and fast service cant go wrong.

I’ve had my accounts with Wells Fargo since 1998. I am a loyal customer and have always been impressed with the banks customer service. The tellers are the BEST. Just the other day I was depositing a group of checks and one was from Wells Fargo. The teller checked on his own and determined that there was not sufficient funds to deposit that check. Thank you Wells Fargo for saving me the bounced check fee!

WONDERFUL! as well as their new branch at 12 900 venture blvd and I have to say I walked into the Burbank branch and they were amazing. They definitely have stepped up their customer service and it shows!

This branch location was open (just barely) when I got out of work and biked over. Wells Fargo has a problem with long lines, probably because it’s popular with a lot of working people.
Nothing special about this branch except that it’s around a bunch of boutiques and on highly accessible Ventura Blvd.

Who knew parking in a handicap spot at 11:38pm on a Sunday night would warrant a biblical assault from a homeless person? Gotta love Studio City. Next time, I’m using their 24 hr drive thru service just in case the guy upstairs is watching, yikes!
