Do not shop here! Horrible customer service, they never return phone calls and leave you in the dark waiting for something you have paid for… for months! After waiting years to buy the china cabinet of my dreams this place made it in to my nightmare from hell. When they finally came good with the china cabinet: Only after repeatably demanding our hard working money back. they sent a one man delivery to unload it. What a joke… The china cabinet was covered in dust, glass had paint all over it with chipped glass and clips that help glass in tacked, nails and staples put where not even needed and shelves cut shorter for a proper fitting causing them to keep falling down. I just broke down crying… My husband went back to the store to complain to only be shuffled around by many different people (Some who never even worked there). He came home with a 25 dollar off gift coupons at their store location. I RIPPED IT UP! If we could have returned the furniture we would have; They told us it was specially made & order by us therefore it was impossible to do.
A lesson I learn: Never pay in full until the merchandise is delivered and satisfaction is met.
When turned them in to the BBB, I was told they go under other business names as well.
