I actually would give 0 stars but that’s not an option. So I called first to enquirer their gluten free and dairy free options. But only a machine answered with no alternative options. So I drove to get a vegan cupcake for the many dietary restrictions in our family for Sunday dinner. They refused to sell me the gluten free cupcake unless I put the cream cheese(dairy) option on top. I explained that I couldn’t do that for dietary reasons. They would NOT sell me the 6 cupcakes. Are you kidding me??? They weren’t iced in the first place. I left and will not be back.

i patiently waited ten minutes behind another customer,(i was planning on buying a couple fruit pies and a dozen cupcakes for a dinner party), when that customer left i expected to be served, alas the lady ignored me, just turned her back, no service, maybe she didn’t like my face, im not sure… so i turned to my daughter and said«let’s go to crave in Kensington, and so we did, i bought 18 amazing delicious fresh cupcakes, and i will NEVER go to Bliss and co again at any location, Crave wins here, they gave great customer service, go to crave instead.

I’ve been in this new location once so far. I’m mostly flabbergasted by the prices. I know that fancy cupcakes are expensive these days, but for some reason the one I ordered, being the Vanilla Classic, didn’t blow my mind. However, the Strawberry Rhubarb single fruit pie was amazing. The pastry was perfectly flaky and delicious. Also expensive, but THAT is a true masterpiece. It’s great that Cambrian Heights/Rosemont has a specialty bakery now. There just aren’t enough shops like this in the area. When they have seating inside, I’ll make another effort to return to really check out the atmosphere and trial more products.
