Since my previous favorite hair salon ceased the business, I was looking for replacement and was happy to find Chatters nearby. Unilocal reviews were shining, and I can only concur with the rest of the crowd — this is a good Chatters.
Going there for more than half a year now, feel consistently satisfied and welcome. Girls definitely know their job, and more importantly — besides being solid, fast-​working professionals — they are genuinely friendly and interested in their customers. This is a big deal.
I’ve been to the places where you feel just like yet another «Bah-​Bah-​Black-​Sheep» getting shaved and gone, and no one cares. Not like that in this Chatters — every visit was a positive, personal experience.
So just wanted to thank all the ladies working at this location and invite you to check out their work — in my opinion, that’d be a worthy try.

When I first got there I wasn’t to impressed after waiting about 45 minutes and my appointment being late by 30 minutes. But she explained what happened and sincerely apologized. I had a simple style cut from Ashley and I am very happy with the result. When I went to pay they told me it was free because of the wait. I still tipped my hair dresser as I was happy with what she did to my hair.
Way to keep your customers Chatters I was very impressed!

Ashley is amazing with short hair! Always professional and has great ideas on what I should do. Friendly and super intelligent when my husband explained a hair style. The store is great too with a ton of different product.
