I came here frequently for eyebrow waxes and then I moved away and started going somewhere else. I came back once and did not get in for about 15 – 20 minutes and I had made an appointment so I stopped going again and went somewhere else. This past weekend, I thought I would go again (since it had been a year since the last mishap) so I made an appointment and once again I waited 20 minutes before I had to leave because I needed to be somewhere else. What’s the point of making an appointment when you don’t get in on time? I have learned my lesson twice now and I won’t be back.

I was dreading the search for a new stylist when mine moved recently. Janine was able to fit me in on a Saturday. She took the time to review what I liked and didn’t like about my current style and then modified it to give me a look that was chic and easy for me to maintain on my own.
The price was moderate and she does not require appointments nor does she charge for bang trims between visits.
I short, I am thrilled with my new stylist and highly recommend both Janine and Salon One.

I was double booked with another client, which I find annoying. The hair cut was ok, but is not wearing that well. The owner is a super nice guy and sometimes makes amazing haircuts and sometimes its a miss. Prices are average.
