Golden Happiness Bakery in Chinatown has been closed for a while now and they’ve moved to this location in SE Calgary. Tai Pow, big steamed pork buns — the best in Calgary, I’d say! The pow filling is made of minced pork, black fungus, green onion, chinese sausage and a wedge of hard-boiled egg. Soooooooo gooooooood! Eat it with chilii sauce. Eat it plain. Brings back memories.
