The drinks are usually wrong or they taste gross– like they forgot to add something or added too much. And they are slow

One of the worst Starbucks locations in the city. Incredibly inconsistent, so much so that if you order two of the same drinks at the same time, they will likely be completely different. Generally very slow with a staff seems to think that they are gracing you with their service and that it is a privilege to have them serve you at all/do their job at a substandard level. How dare you want your drink well made and in under 10 minutes? Avoid.

I frequent Starbucks allot but this is the first time at this location. It was busy but the service was fairly quick when you did get to the front of the line. Ordered a vanilla latte which was allot sweeter than I am use too. Booooo! Service was quick and the line went fairly quick. They also have a drive thru which if I am in the area again, will try.

I’ve been here so many times. It’s really hit or miss. Vanilla in my vanilla latte? Maybe. Order a banana loaf… get it or don’t. Whatever. But the latest confuses me. Prepackaged banana loaf with production date of Feb 10, 2015 making it a 4 month old loaf. Interesting and kind of grossed out. I hope it was a misprint because it would scare me with the kinds of preservatives in there. And since my first review I’ve just got to experience my first latte at this location that’s made me visit the toilet more often than I wanted. I got an iced vanilla latte in the early afternoon. It tasted a bit off from my first sip. I promptly returned it and asked for a new one. The new one tasted just right. Who knew just a tiny sip would lead to stomach pains in the evening, and then frequent visits to the toilet late in the night. I’ve had this experience before at different locations.(I’m pretty sure at market mall.) They deal with milk on the counter. Sometimes it’s been sitting on the counter too long, or has been previously steamed a few too many times. It gets busy, I know, but would you make your own drink using resteamed milk?

Fast friendly service. But would you expect any less from this chain. The only thing is sometime it gets a little too busy in there.

Took so long for drive thru. They say you get your drink in 3 minutes. I just left the drive thru and it was 21 minutes for 4 cars. When we get to the window they had 4 other drinks ready but took a long time to do our. The drink was fine but I highly recommend not doing drive thru

About a year ago, I came to this location and had a drink with bad milk. I was sick for a couple of days. I think it was a one off though thankfully because many months after, I started coming here on a semi-regular basis. It is the closest coffee shop to my home. They always get my order right and are a friendly bunch. When meeting someone inside for a drink, the staff are awesome and just leave you be. You feel as though you could stay as long as you wanted. I also use the drive-thru often enough. As the last reviewer stated, it does take awhile sometimes even with a short line. I find it faster just to run inside to order. The only other thing is where the drive thru speaker is — it could not be in a worse spot as Symons Valley Rd is RIGHT there and it is hard to communicate into the speaker due to the heavy trucks. All in all, a decent Starbucks. Lots of parking.

I go to a few different Starbucks but am reviewing this one because I drive through it the most. Unlike the last reviewer, I don’t go through at rush hour so I can’t comment on their speed at that time; however, I have always had exceptional service here. The staff are so friendly they cheer me up on a bad day. Wish I could give 6 stars. Always very impressed!

I love Starbucks and I drop more than my fair share of money at this location for a few reasons: — It’s close to my house & — It has a drive thru I curse my addiction though because this location is often super slow. I have placed my order in the drive thru and then had to wait 15+ minutes for my beverage on numerous occasions. Other times it is super fast so I think it depends on who is working at any given time. If you need a coffee & you don’t want to get out of your car this is the place to go. If you can take a little more time, I would head over to Good Earth beside Co-Op.
