Prenatal and Postnatal Spa and Massage work is the foundation of our business. We have special «belly» tables and cushions to keep you safe and comfortable during all your treatments. All our RMT’s are certified and registered, and have special training in prenatal massage. Although we specialize in Pregnancy work, all clients are welcome, in fact we see a lot of families. We do Therapeutic massage, Hot Stone Massge, Reflexology and Essential Oil Detos.
In the Spa we offer mani/pedi, waxing/tinting and wraps. We use SpaRitual nail colours which are formaldahyde and chemical free.

Established in 1995.
The Centre Spa and Wellness started as Calgary’s only massage therapy clinic for prenatal clients. Since then we have grown and changed and now The Centre strives to be not only THE best prenatal massage and spa in Calgary, but also your favourite neighbourhood massage and spa for ALL clients.

A massage therapist for 20 years, Anne-Marie has a passion for not only managing the business but for making our pregnant clients comfortable and stress free. Anne-Marie started at The Centre in 2000 as a therapist and jumped at the chance to purchase the clinic when the previous owners were retiring.
