Holy crap, this is by far the best food truck value i’ve ever experienced.
Service was great, and food was good. I’m not sure about how «authentic» the jerk chicken is, it tasted more like a sweet & sour sauce to us, but regardless it was awesome.
The plantains were great, and the rice was good too!

This is the best food truck I have been to so far in Calgary. You get jerk chicken, which is a chopped up chicken quarter, cooked jerk style, then covered in hot sauce. The chicken was cooked well with lots of spice and flavour. You also get your choice of two sides, I had fried plantains and rice and peas. Both sides were very good. The rice and peas are cooked in coconut milk, so they are rich with a mild flavour that is a good juxtaposition for the spicy chicken.
The portion size is also very generous, unlike some other food trucks.
