The UPS Store

Omfg… this place is brutal. I placed a phone call to inquire about a package I got a slip to pick up. I didn’t understand a single word of what the lady said, and honestly I don’t think she understood a single word I said. I decided to pay them a visit with my slip, and was rudely treated by an Asian male who also didn’t seem to understand my question. UPS in general sucks on so many levels, but this store in particular is brutal. I still don’t have my package, and I REALLY don’t want to deal with them again…

This is the worst UPS store I’ve ever been… It seems that’s run by a family, and the boss (husband and dad, I believe) is the rudest person… I needed help with my package as I didn’t know how return envelopes work, and he treated me like I was an idiot. English is not his first language and I could tell he was having trouble understanding me and that’s ok, English is not my first language either, but I have no problem asking people when I don’t understand something or repeating myself for people to understand me. But this guy, man… he had no humility whatsoever… Today I had to call there as I’m waiting for my returning package, online says it’s in Calgary already, so I called the store to see if it was there. After 10 minutes of being treated like an idiot, again, he understood what I was asking… But the thing is: I paid for a service that he said it’d get here the next day after it’s posted. The package was posted yesterday, is in Calgary today, but he said I won’t be able to get it until Monday or Tuesday… So why did I pay for a next day service??? I’m so frustrated and mad right now…
