Horrible management and awful place to live!

I’ve lived here for just under two years and it’s been a great experience. The building is clean, well maintained, well located, quiet, and friendly. The rent is on par with other places around here. The management have always been pleasant and helpful, they go above and beyond. They take good care of this building. They have responded quickly to any complaints I’ve made. I’ve lived in 3 different cities with 4 different landlords. This is as good as renting gets.

I love this place!
It’s a got a clean, indoor pool, and a gym. There’s a convenience store downstairs with great hours for that Ben and Jerry’s fix, and a great donair restaurant. There’s a Mac’s, McDonald’s and Subway a block away, and in the other direction you’ve got Mountain Equipment Co-​op and Safeway. It’s a block from the C-​train and overlooks a park. It’s a prime location for the food trucks at lunch hour and events in the summer.
There are different floor plans, fantastic views, and apartments of different sizes.
The staff are very friendly. They recommended an affordable mover and helped me set up my bed when I moved in. I was quite sick, and was very appreciative of their thoughtfulness.
If there are issues in the apartment, they are dealt with quickly and efficiently by their maintenance staff.
Many of the tenants I have met are quite friendly, and stay for the longterm, only moving out when they have bought a place of their own. People love to live here. I love to live here. Oh, and I pay for my rent with my debit card. I love that!
One note: they don’t accept dogs. Only cats.
