History

Established in 2004.

I grew up in Bonshaw PEI and attended Bluefield High School. I attended ICT Northumberland College in Halifax, where I trained extensively in physiology, anatomy, specific assessment, palpation, and many different massage techniques. I graduated with honours with specialties in Pregnancy, Infant and Sports Massage. I also earned my Level 1 in Craniosacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute. I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since August, 2004. I was the President of the PEI Massage Therapy Association from 2006 — 2009.
